Thank you for this. Replaced the battery on mine and everything popped out everywhere. Trying to work out the right combination for the parts for the last hour and then found your video. Still have a problem with the orange button getting screw-jawed. I'm afraid if I tried to spot glue that into place I'd have to buy a new flashlight
Everything fell out, i thought i had Everything and couldn't get it to work, then after watching your video, realized i was missing the spring, i found it now it's working. Thanks for the video.
Thank you for this. Replaced the battery on mine and everything popped out everywhere. Trying to work out the right combination for the parts for the last hour and then found your video. You’re a life saver.
Thank you so much for posting this video, the end popped off mine and I was just sat looking at a pile of little bits 🤣 I now have a working torch. Thanks 👍
Thanks So Much! The reassembly was driving me crazy! BTW a Small piece of electrical tape stuck on the outside of the white plastic piece opposite the metal contact is a great friction fitting shim to stabilize everything inside the black metal cap!
Thanks for the great video. You saved my flashlight. Although missing the little spring, I had the white piece backwards. After flipping it my light works!
Thanks man. After it fell apart on the floor, I spent a good hour trying to put it back together - upside down. I would never have figured it out without this vid!!
Great Had the same problem. When I took the end cap off the whole end fell apart so I had no idea how to put back together Worked perfectly afterwards Thanks
Thanks for the video man, I had the same problem. But here’s the thing, you’re missing an important piece: there’s a thin metal ring which you don’t show or mention and that should go on top of the last piece and, once screwed, holds everything into place. That’s what prevents everything from falling apart when you open the flashlight. Maybe you missed it? 🥲 Thanks !!!
Thank you so much for this video because I KNEW that I could do this, but I couldn’t figure out how to make it work again because I had even taken apart the SWITCH which was very minute & got that fixed but the very last step I had to watch how yours came apart to put it back together to turn it on again . But… pushing the power button made it go right back in again! 🤦🏼♀️ I know EXACTLY what you mean by saying it’s so flimsy ! I
Thank you so much. My husband was frustrated when everything fell apart. Your instructions were easy to follow and showed a great step by step illustration!
Thanks for the video man! I had this flashlight for 4 years and it finally came apart on the end like yours. Had no clue how to put it all back together. Works great again
Thank you. Have the Pro-4 tactical piece of junk. Darn spring goes crooked under copper button constantly. Opened it, shot apart. There is no retaining ring! But with this video I saw how to reassemble.
Thanks so much for this. I love my torch and when it stopped working I was annoyed because I couldn't put it back together properly. I think it was originally assembled back to front which is why it stopped working and then all fell out when I opened it. Strangely it did work, but now it works perfectly. :)
Thanks Sir.. I’ve bought 4 of these components, no directions, no instructions, no nothing.. just a little plastic tube, No battery size, ( I’d assume AA Round?? )But..... I believe You, and in what You’re teaching.. Why do these Companies do this sorta thing??? Grrrrrrr!!!!!!!!
cool., i have a quantum light same set up and when you change the batteries the push button comes apart,, wasn't sure how it went back together...you nailed it..works now...thx
Thanks. My Friend brought me this FL in pieces and I couldn't get it quite together right until I saw your video! I did have to bend the contact slightly to get it right but it works good now! Thanks!
Thanks you saved me from throwing this flashlight in the garbage. I did not need to glue it, because it stayed in pretty well, but if it shoots off again, yes then I will glue it. Good Job!!!
You are the absolute shit. I cannot find one diagram but apparently all these flashlights are the same if they are built by this similar design. I have that Atomic beam you saw advertised on TV a few times lol, but it's literally the same thing. Same schematics same yada yada. I've been fumbling the but this shit for like 30 minutes. All I needed was a visual reference and you delivered. Props. Subbed, and liked. I almost went insane. Thanks bro. From the bottom of my heart. Damn I love TH-cam!
What is kwazy gwue.... And the colored end piece and you said Gween ? Just curious if you need to go bwak tuse skoow to wern howe to spweek pwopurly. Just swayin'
Real creepy doll man says, thank you man, for show how the fix the switch on the flashlight. I have a different prototype mines is actually an atomic Beam made by bulbhead.
XML T6 is not the name of the flashlight itself but the name of the led bulb model inside flashlight . It's CREE that makes led bulp and is an American company making bulp to almost all the flashlight to many cars led bulp on ebay. (xm-l t6) (xm-l2 t6)
I have the same flashlights & they have been collecting dust for 2 years bc I did not get the 3 battery piece to put in flashlight. I only received a white tube that is too long. When I TRY to put batteries in the tube, the tube sticks out the end & I cannot put the end piece that screws on bc of the tube. Very frustrating!!! Any suggestions? It would be VERY appreciated!
My flashlight's switch is not the same as yours but it is close. My problem is not that it came apart but that the switch often does not work so I just want to know how to take it apart. This video does not help me since it does not show how to get it apart.

Thanks, you saved my torch from being launched against a wall with your video!
Thanks for the video man! I had this flashlight for 4 years and it finally came apart on the end like yours. Had no clue how to put it all back together. Works great again
I used a double sided adhesive tape it works really well keeping it a snug fit so it doesnt move around and its stayed in place for 2 years now
Thank you. Have the Pro-4 tactical piece of junk. Darn spring goes crooked under copper button constantly. Opened it, shot apart. There is no retaining ring! But with this video I saw how to reassemble.

The only problem the flashlight didn't have a switch or you in a spring, so I had one for spare parts from another flashlight.

There is suppose to be a retainer ring that screws down tight to hold everything to the end cap. Looks like it's somehow missing from your flashlight.
Thank you!

You've gotta use 18650 battery's or 2 cr123a battery's

My flashlight's switch is not the same as yours but it is close. My problem is not that it came apart but that the switch often does not work so I just want to know how to take it apart. This video does not help me since it does not show how to get it apart.
