Masa sensei. In an anime (アマガミ), I heard the phrase: 心配かけちゃった　(しんぱいかけちゃった)。Is it spelled correctly? I think the girl regretted causing her mother to worry when she didn't go home to sleep.

ちゃった/じゃった is a past tense of ちゃう/ じゃう so it means “to have done”, “to have finished” to do accidentally; to do without meaning to; to happen to do
These are conversational forms of してしまう and してしまった
