Just getting back into fingerboarding. Still have all my old tech decks and bought a new one last week and it’s crazy how much they have changed (Atleast width) I had no idea. Already building myself ramps. Didn’t take long to catch the bug again.
hey man just a tip, you might want to turn the other way the truck on the orange flip teck deck cause to actually turn, other than that great video man really good advice for beginners
Dude right after this video i realized it, it was 6 am i used the board right after putting on fresh grip tape, did one trick went WTF? looked down and my trucks were both going the same direction 😂 I knew one of yall fellow hobbyists would catch that!!! Nice eye
also Really appreciate the feedback its a maze out here with fingerboard products. It's expensive to get into just to figure out some of the best setups are 15$ and most important mods can be done for 5$ or less. 🙏🙏 again thanks for the kind words!!!
@@2STEEZY So I think you are referring to the Performance series I might have mispoken in the video. Those are the ones with the wooden decks and foam grip tape, rubberized urethane wheels without bearings, and the non kingpin trucks. Those are 15$ on Barnes and Noble. Check the link in my bio see if thats the one you mean
I got 1 and 3/16" thickness is the widest you'll need for 34mm boards! Looks like they only have 1 1/2" now but that's just a 1/16th wider so it'll work no problem. sharp razor blade helps a ton with cutting off excess
finally someone who gives useful and well articulated information on fingerboards, thanks
thank you for the kind feedback its what makes me want to do more videos!
damn, what time was you up recording this? 5:57 am? hardcore bro
I wake up at 5 am and I'm bored by 5 30. Making videos early AM is my favorite time!

@@CollectibleTechDeckDudes thanks so much also would the 3/4” also work for 34mm?
@@CMdog.. i dont think so I think the smallest you can get away with is 1 1/4 for 34mm, but im positive 1 3/16ths or larger will fit
This is dope. Before I got a Board sponsor I couldn't find any of the Pro Tech Decks . Keep shreddin ✌️🛹
