sir, it was a very useful session . In early infancy we diagnose more organic causes for ftt compared to nutritional causes, as more than 90% kids in south india are exclusively breast fed. renal/ uro pathology (rta, puv, vur, urosepsis) for ftt is more common here in recent days.
