My middle school project was to cure skin cancer because my teacher had basal skin cancer on his arm. He gave us some skin samples; and my partner and I hypothesized that e coli bacteria in the right condition would slow down cell division by extracting the malfuctuoning DNA without killing the cell. It worked only when T cells were intoduced to the solution.
