I prefer the hard back harnesses but it's totally a matter of personal preference. All of the top brands are excellent quality. Sail Video System also do a shoulder strap if you don't want to buy a waist harness
They do a different model for non 360 action cameras. Look on their website for all the different models. It's the same back plate and locking system but the pole has a 45° bend half way along so you can't see the pole in the picture
