Very interesting show all the way through. I was born in 88 and I recognized 25% of the music mentioned in the show. The 75% I didn't recognize like mountain brothers, a7pha, and others- I spent looking them up online and found some really amazing music and cool history about the golden age of hip hop, specifically occurring in Arizona, Oakland, & Philly at that time.. Coolest thing about this show is how it evokes a universal sense of nostalgia and longing that anyone can relate to, even if it's from an unfamiliar niche- early 90s hip hop, inside jokes, and reconnecting with friends. It's like nothing else that's on TH-cam today (and I've been on TH-cam for a long time) because it's real, entertaining, and sincere. Thanks Steve, I'm looking forward to the next shows.
