All of them, they’re really good! Lots of people say the wooden coasters are rough but i don’t mind them, i never have really minded rough coasters, i just think they’re fun

Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to put the captions on properly rather than relying on the auto generated ones :)

Took my 7 year old recently and she went all but the Big Dipper. She loved them all. We did Flying Machines and Streak 4 times each. Proof you don’t need extreme thrills to keep new generations entertained.

We took our little boy last weekend I see so much of what I used to experience when I was a kid and yet at the same time it looks so different as well .. I completely forgotten how jumpy the Grand National ride is!

Most people say Big Dipper and grand national are super, rough but what they don’t realise is that there older than most people on earth

Im 35 i was there afew days after valhalla openes to public was goinf to go the day after but it closed fater opening to matatince issusa no shock there. But ive been going to bpb since i was afew months old. Also had a accident that almost killed me on the free floating quided raft that used to be over the water where infusion sits today. Raft with me my mum and dad went over the subtromic head of a long neck rose up while we driftes over it. My mum said back then that thw water waa very deep she could not toutch thw bottom she fought to keep me above water... thats wat she tella mw anyways i dont remember it but she has been terrerfies to go on some rides since. I have watches many rides go and come. But 1 i dont like is walice and gromit that replaced mine train. Most missed for me that closed in my time. Wild mouse. Noahs ark. Black hole. Mine train and fun house.. fun house would have been open alot longer if wasnt for arason but we would not have valhalla cos of it.

The pleasure beach express is always a delight, and it's impressive how well themed the little diesel engines are. Also, just a heads up, it's pronounce gauge as in cage, rather than gauge as in gorge. The gauge refers to the width between each rail :).

Nickleodeon streak is not the second highest wooden coaster there. Big Dipper tallest, Grand National next, then the streak.

I think the flying machine should have been number one because it’s been around since the park first opened.

Just back from Blackpool a few days ago. It appears tge ghost train is gone, didn't see pleasure beach express either. But worst of all for me (and not an actual old ride), no sign of the full scale ridge racer machine 😢

Ghost Train and Pleasure Beach Express are still there - I was there last week. They are a bit hidden away though.

@@margaretmassey8213 did they build a wall onto the front of the ghost train or something? I remember part of the track would come outside, but there was some structure covering the whole front and no sign for ghost train either

@_M_O_E_ part of the track does still come outside still. It is hard to find the ride though - it's tucked between some other stuff on a little side path.

I have ridden on that it’s the eldest one, the ghost train never knew it was first named, the pleasure express I been on that. River caves my favourite second oldest, Nickelodeon Streak not bad, grand National like this one as well it is the only twin coaster left in the Uk and finally Big Dipper the top ride 2nd eldest coaster ride than the coaster in margate I been on that last year and I lost my hat on that ride.

been on the flying machines once and wasnt keen as i get sick on rides that go around like this including carousels so WONT be riding it again lol ...but i can at least say i have rode the oldest ride in the pleasure beach and europe before it eventualy has to go! been on the ghost train and the other rides mentioned BUT i know you mention the play BUT did you know ( as im full of useless information like this lol) it was named after the play and the later film starring Athur Askey written by Arnold Ridley who was inspired to write the play after becoming stranded overnight at Mangotsfield railway station (now a lost station sort of that aint to far from were i now live and is part of the bristol to bath cylcle route and some remains of the rather large station including walls remain) he also went on to play prviate godfrey in dads army in later life!

Went to Pleasure Beach for the first time, rode nearly all of these apart from Ghost Train and River Caves….as they were sadly closed for maintenance. Grand National can be pretty rough, but still fun
