We got offer letter from conestoga collage and it’s sep intake 2024 on PG program . And now consultancy is saying you will get visa with dependent but spouse will not get work permit .

If i apply for another 1 year diploma program in September 2024 (so that I have 2 year study and 3 year PGWP).
Will my spouse be able to renew his SOWP after September 2024?

We both were students and got married with genuine proof . So while applying for the SOWP one of the immigration told me to convert for visitor record and after that SWOP and i am waiting for my visitor record. And after that SOWP .
