    Despite some of the nasty comments about this lady, I feel she is very warm and kind, and I would enjoy this presentation immensely. Her English is beautiful.

    I just happened upon this video and it's amazing; she's so efficient and knowledgeable. It's so captivating to hear about all these types of teas. Thank you for capturing this!

      PermianExtinction thanks i really appreciate...it was a nice experience, if you ever go to China I suggest to visit a tea house but do some research on which one to go. it's important to ignore any locals who approach you to go with them for tea as that will be a scam

    Doesn't green tea/Jasmine have the least amount of Caffeine?

    • @domplma
      @domplma 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No green tea has some of the most caffeine. It's minimally processed thus allowing for most of the caffeine to retain in the leaf. People have this idea that black tea has the most caffeine because we associate dark colored tea brews with potency when it's not always that way.

    She speaks with such confidence, yet with such inaccuracy and carelessness. Calling pu'er a caffeine-free herbal tea is ridiculous talk from someone who's supposed to work with tea and tell about it to others. The vitamin content in tea and herbal infusions is negligible.

      Yea, you got that right. Some nonsense is being spouted here.

      It’s sales. They hype up whatever aspects of the tea may even slightly be present so they can sell you mo tea.

      Ikr? What a shame to the great chinese tradition of tea. There shouldn't have to be any lies with it. The stuff is amazing as is. Annoying that they try to dumb it down for westerners.

    I'm sure at one point,along time ago,she was very personable with that spiel. But now you can tell she's over it. If you watch her facial expressions AND listen to what she's saying,as well as how she's saying it,she's become cold and condescending in her delivery.

    • @KeithPace86
      @KeithPace86  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Well you might be right, after all any human being which is "forced" in a repetitive routine will end up in acting in such manner. Yet, while being there in front of her, we didn't notice this at all; maybe because we were intrigued to learn about the different types of teas. Plus you end up enjoying the tea tasting.

    • @judgedred_d
      @judgedred_d 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      IngeniousOutdoors I completely disagree. She comes off incredibly kind and I think what you’re reading as condescending energy is just her making sure she’s understood because of an accent. She’s warmer than my Chinese friends lol! Also don’t forget she’s working a job and has a personal life, you don’t know what’s on her mind :)

    As ridiculous as the Japanese tea ceremony. It’s a tourist gimmick

      Gimmick or not, it was a nice experience in trying different teas and getting to know what fits best to one's tastes and liking. PS it was fairly priced, not a rip-off and we where not forced to buy

      Far from it, the way she steep tea is the way chinese people do and many people around the world, including me
