The worst thing I ever saw in comments was on a video where a young lady was starting a weight loss journey and wanted to share it. A comment said you're fat AND ugly so a diet won't help. I like temu. I bought a lot of stuff for my VBS this year for my kids. We were able to do so much more because it was so cheap.

As far is the nasty lady in Ulta, her job is literally customer service, if she's not only not doing her job and helping you find the fragrance you want AND being nasty on top of that, I would low key film her behavior and send it to the website customer service and show them what you're dealing with as a paying customer and why you're not returning to their store. They can either re-train her or she can move on to another profession that will make her happy instead of taking it out on everyone around her.
