Throughout the wide world of sports entertainment, there’s no single event as captivating, exhilarating, or intoxicating as Wrestlemania. However, back in 1985, the inaugural Wrestlemania, was hardly a sure thing. Rather, it was a gamble from a rogue promoter who wanted to take professional wrestling in a new direction, and it was his fearlessness that ultimately changed the course of sports entertainment history and launched the WWE into a new stratosphere.

Yes W.M 1 was cool but W.M 3 is what put Hogan on a different level and WWF took over the wrestling world yes NWA, WCW tried to fight off the monster called WWF but watching ESPN and their doing TALE OF THE TAPE and nobody knew if Hogan would win before you knew Hogan hand would be raised . But at that time the GIANT beat everybody and easy so how could Hogan win when Hogan slammed the Giant the torch was passed Hogan now was the ALI of wrestling and i was never a fan i like Pipper or Mach Man but i have never seen 1 person to hold the crowd in the palm of his hand and i have seen AWA with a younger Hogan NWA Flair & horsemen the closet to crowd roar for Hogan was Road Warriors but still Hogans roar i would say he was like Elvis , Micheal Jackson for how the crowd screamed.
