Yeah luckily the Ute tubs are easy to manoeuvre and most of what I need to do will be done from the top/side anyway. The main function of the stand was to Atleast allow me to wheel it around which has been good.
Mate, that's seems like a lot of extra work just for a stand (mitred joints). Why not just do butt joints and if you worried about a open end just put a plastic cap in..? Great vids though...I'm currently doing a HJ45 (1978) model.....it just keeps getting bigger...Lol
Not too sure why I went with mitred joints to be honest, I’ve made some racking and a bench with butt joints in the past and just found them to be pretty rough - Which certainly would’ve done the job here but just felt like doing some miters haha.

Do you have a mig welder as they are the best for the body work . Its going to be great when finished , be great to follow
