    Hi, I'm Indonesian, after seeing your video, I'm not interested in coming to India, if I was given a choice I'd go to Switzerland or the Netherlands, I've been in contact with someone in that country
    that is, if God allows it
    Nice to see your video, I will subscribe so I can see other videos

    Thank you, you have presented an amazing picture of the streets of India, so many people spilling out on the streets, the chaotic street situation and the never-ending sound of horns, incredible! On the other hand, I admit that Indians are so friendly and easy to get to know foreigners, but behind it all we have to be vigilant and careful for our own safety, especially for foreign female tourists 😁

    I have been to Madras, I think the name has changed, and Bangalore both on business. It is unbelievable the difference between the haves and have not. We stayed at a very fancy hotel in Madras and Bangalore but once you went thru the security gate the poverty was astounding. We were told by our hosts to not drink the water nor eat anything sold on the streets due to the possibility of getting sick. Not someplace I would ever return to on my own.

    • @יונהאליראשון
      @יונהאליראשון หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You are talking of Madras, Bangalore I think 30 years back.
      Because in 2024 both of these cities have 2% poverty. That's a survey data by Unites Nations and Indian Government. Plus Bangalore is a software city. No sane person who has visited Bangalore will say about poverty. Chennai has some poverty but that also in the extreme outskirts of the city. The city itself is extremely modern. And regarding street food South India isn't like Varanasi or Delhi. Streetfood vendors wear gloves today because they are not poor.

    I have been to India twice on pilgrimage to the Buddhist holy places. It is indeed chaotic. The poverty in the rural areas is depressing to see. In the cities the stench and rubbish are unforgettable. And yes, if you travel across India by coach, don't expect to find any washroom in the countryside. As for street food, if you don't have a stomach of steel, don't touch them! It will wreck your trip. Well, thanks but no thanks. No more India again for me.

    • @יונהאליראשון
      @יונהאליראשון หลายเดือนก่อน

      A complete racist description.
      Buddhist places? Huh, what a joke.
      Buddhist places in India are extremely clean. You can make up your own lies.
      Ladakh, Dharamshala, Sikkim which are the main Buddhist places in India are completely opposite of your description.
      And talking of poverty if living a healthy life in a village is what you call poverty then you should give up your religion.
      And regarding cities, only Delhi, Varanasi, cities in Central India match your description. Not a single place in South India, Northeast India, Northwestern Himalayan regions of India are dirty.

    • @יונהאליראשון
      @יונהאליראשון หลายเดือนก่อน

      The truth is you have been to Delhi, Varanasi and surrounding regions and you have assumed entire India looks like that when in reality it's just opposite.
      By the way according to United Nations Development Programme, international monetary fund only 15% of India lives in poverty.

    • @WannaWalk
      @WannaWalk  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello. The UN relies on the data provided by India, and it's evident that claiming 15% poverty is far from realistic. I’ve traveled across India-north to south-and this is my third visit. Honestly, it’s hard to believe that India has a poverty level comparable to Spain where I live. Clearly, India’s methodology for measuring poverty raises serious questions, and it's done for political reasons.
      While walking around India, I witnessed heartbreaking scenes that I can’t even share on social media. The reality is far more severe, and many of us know the truth. As you said, all temples were pretty clean and beautiful, that's true.

    • @יונהאליראשון
      @יונהאליראשון หลายเดือนก่อน

      @WannaWalk
      You travelled across India from North to South?
      🤣 Best joke.
      Rather this poorer part of Mumbai is entire India for you honestly. You have walked from one end to the other end of this poor part of Mumbai and that is equivalent to your entire India from North to South.
      Know what?
      I have visited South India, Northeast India, Northwestern Himalayan regions of India which are totally opposite to your description. As if you come from some super heavenly country and India is like a sub Saharan country.
      You haven't even been to Kerala, Goa, Vizag, Ooty, Munnar, Doodhsagar, Bangalore in South India, Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand in Northwestern Himalayan regions of India and Arunachal Pradesh, Darjeeling, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Mizoram, Nagaland in Northeast India.
      These places have near zero poverty and absolutely clean.
      Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Sikkim are literally beautiful, clean and very organized.

    • @WannaWalk
      @WannaWalk  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hello. Yes, I have been to India three times, and next year I’ll return again on my way to Thailand. My trips to India usually last 2 to 3 months, traveling on incredible old trains or sometimes in cars with local drivers, as many roads are in poor condition. I know India better than most locals, and I’ve read extensively about its culture, which I find fascinating.
      So far, I’ve visited Northeast India, the Northwestern Himalayas, South India, Varanasi, Kolkata, New Delhi, Kerala, Vizag, Ooty, Goa, Munnar, Doodhsagar, Bangalore, Chennai, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, Sikkim, Mizoram, Darjeeling, Meghalaya, Jaipur, Nagaland, and many other places I can’t recall at the moment. By far, the most interesting place was Varanasi.
      Next visit I will do my best to show rich zones and clean places but I honestly find it boring since I live in Europe and have no sense to me to travel India to see what I already have in my daily life. Trust me, I love India, no bad intentions or anything. Im showing what I find cool, and my audience like it.
      As you mentioned, there are "nice places"-wealthy or tourist-friendly areas-but they represent only a small fraction of the country - I don’t understand why you want to ignore the existence of poor people. Making them invisible won’t solve the problem-quite the opposite. Instead of blaming me for showing this side of India, demand action from your government to help those in need.
      Take care,
      Pablo K

      Hello! I completely understand what you’re saying. I love India-this is my third trip, and I’ve explored it from north to south. Everything here surprises me because it’s so different from what I know in the West, especially when it comes to the slums. My goal is to share what stands out to my eyes. I recognize the significant progress being made, and I understand how challenging it is to manage such a vast and diverse country. However, the reality is that, outside of wealthy neighborhoods or tourist areas, much of India looks like this. So don’t blame me for showing it-ask your government to take action for these poor people instead 🙂

They will show you only Government designated areas.. Because they don't want tourists to see their poverty.. Here, in India you have the liberty to travel.. So you show the darker side of India.. This is not done.. Our Government is doing everything for rehabilitation of those poor people(I am quoting our daily newspapers) I request you to show the brighter side.. Don't degrade my Motherland.. It's beyond tolerance..

      Hello, Yes, I know North Korea. Regarding India, where you see poverty, I see a completely different world from the one I live in in the West, and I find that fascinating. Everything I see is interesting to me. If you watch my videos, you’ll notice that in the subtitles, I have nothing but praise for your country, and anyone who knows me knows that I always recommend India as the most interesting place on the planet.
      However, except for wealthy neighborhoods and tourist spots, much of the country looks like this-or worse-and anyone who has been to India knows it. I believe that instead of criticizing a tourist for showing what they see, you should put more pressure on your government to take action and help these poor people. Hiding them and making them invisible won’t help-in fact, it will do the opposite..
      Please watch my videos, read the subtitles, all what I said is positive and inviting to your culture (I will return for more videos next year) 🙂

      Yes.. You are right.. Having stayed in USA for more than 6 years, I cannot say that poverty is completely absent from USA as well.. I don't know which country you belong to Mr. Wanna Walk, but in New York City, there is a neighborhood called Brooklyn, where even daylight travel is scary..

      Whats the reason of the report? 🤔

    • @יונהאליראשון
      @יונהאליראשון หลายเดือนก่อน

      @WannaWalk
      Simple.
      You every time come to India and film the same place in Mumbai. That is your vlog is absolutely stereotyping and exaggerating negatively because India has so many other incredible places ( South India, Northeast India, Northwestern Himalayan regions) none of which you showed. Whereas in case of other countries you visit various places in those countries and show both good and bad. But in case of India it's just the opposite.
      Cheers.

      So you report TH-cam channels that don't show the 'incredible places' you like? India has many realities, and this is one of them. Personally, I find this area fascinating because it’s completely different from what I see in the West. I’ve traveled across India three times, from north to south, and except for wealthy neighborhoods or tourist areas, much of the country looks like or worst so, instead of blaming me for showing what I see during my walks, go and push your government to help these people or take action to support them, rather than trying to hide their reality. Grow up man..

      Dude entire India isn't like that. There are dozens of travel vlogs on India. Watch them. These videos are always focussing on one single poorer part of Mumbai. Actually the problem is India is extremely diverse with both bad and good.
