Well my carrier said they can’t give me my PUK code because my phone is a BYOA and to contact Apple but I can’t really do that because Apple just sends me back to my carrier website. So I’m pretty much screwed now.

How about your Apple ID? My son locked himself out for 45 days, geek squad fixed that but not even AT&T (sp) can tell him his password which of course he forgot! Is there any way to fix this?

Well I do that evertime like yesterday we got the puk code and then I restart my phone and it’s gone my sim no cell data after my restart my phone

I had one more step since my cellular was once hooked up. I’m through Verizon I had my cellular plan already set up and this PUK came up. I knew the code from still having Verizon’s box, so I don’t lose any attempts, but my problem is the pop afterwards to set a new pin. EVERY NEW PIN DOESNT WORK! It’s obviously not an option for me to bypass this screen

Thank you for the video. the issue I have is that I got a new sim card from a different carrier and when I pit it in, the phone asks for the PUK number which I have on the card, after placing it it still says the request for unlocking the red is not correct. Please tell me if you have any suggestions. Also I got a code from my carrier to unlock the phone Galaxy A5 2017. but it just not working

Yes I’m through Verizon I had my cellular plan already set up and this PUK came up. I knew the code but how it keeps asking me to put in a new sim pin and no matter what I put and confirm it will never work!

When the phone tells you to call your carrier, but you can't make calls. Basically, you're locked out of your own phone. This is a serious issue and is unacceptable. Also, this video doesn't tell one how to "FIX" the unexpected issue.

If you have an eSIM card, the PUK code will be in the activation email.
