Missed you guys, great to have a session to view during a really wet day in UK. When Andrew asked Corey to sing, I felt like chanting “sing it, sing it”. You guys have opened my ears to some wonderful songs, I would never have heard, without finding your site. Speaking of sites, the new web site has such clear photos of the Ukes you stock, seem in ultra HD, Nice!. Those Coast Ukes are sheer artistic wonders in their own right. Kamaka’s are so, so nice. Also loved the Revelatory, nod to Snowdonian master Luthier and applause really to Kala for letting the world see and hear these. Cool next level playing and recording, thanks for sacrificing the AC so we can appreciate. 👏👏. Have a great week.
Welcome home guys. Sounds like an awesome trip to Japan. I was there for a week in June and I can relate to their beautiful cultural diversity compared to here in the US. It brings appreciation to a new level both at our roots and abroad. 🤙🏽😎
So glad to have you guys back. You were missed! And with such outstanding instruments, too. Mahalo for the music...And Wow! for the re-invented website.
Cory and Kalei - Really enjoyed your set at the Ukulele Festival yesterday. It was actually the first time I got to see you live. As much as I love live music, these videos are a treat because of the clear sound quality with the good fun comments and interesting insights you share. Thank you Andrew, Corey, and Kalei what you are doing here!
Nice to see you guys back on youtube. Also good to know that you guys visited Japan during your absence. It seems you guys had lots of fun especially with clean food here. I hear many stories about food and beer, I wonder if you guys have found some nice Japanese luthier made custom ukuleles as well. I would love to hear that story. Shimanchu no Takara is the first song that I sang while grabbing a ukulele for the first time. The song even reminds us mainlanders of all the adolescent memories when we had less things and stuff. We do share the heart of Okinawans! Cheers and Mahalo as always!
TUS will be always be a cap to my weekend and the past few weekends felt incomplete! I was wondering why no new podcasts dropped but awesome to hear about your Japan trip Andrew and Corey! BTW, I love the new UX of the mobile site! 😁 (have not checked the desktop version yet)
So glad you guys are back and stoked to hear you visited Japan! I'm familiar with the gorgeous ukes, but what's up with the Japanese beer?! Is there a certain brand to or brew you recommend?
What!? You guys were in Japan??? Next time let me know. I'll be happy to translate for you anywhere. I live a couple hours outside of Tokyo, deep in the mountains of Gunma, but am always happy to go down to Tokyo.
Stunning!! I love the island version of shimanchu nu Takara!!
Thank you so much, Corey, Kalei and Andrew!!
Glad you're back! 🎌
Cannot get any prettier than this. Great Awesomeness and we are so lucky to have Corey and Kalei. Mahalo!
Cheers guys 🍻
