Yep that's why it was in May 10 they attacked in this timeline since they didn't invade Yugoslavia due to Italy not invading Greece. The only reason why axis invaded Yugoslavia was to make sure Italy doesn't ya know, get kicked out of Albania due to the failed Italian invasion of Greece.

operation tannenberg isn’t a mappable thing so there was no reason to include it, spain joined the axis after the victory in egypt but even if they didn’t it wouldn’t make a difference in this scenario, reichskommisariat belgien was established with that northern part of france irl so its more accurate

I’ve considered a scenario where the US never joins the Allies a more likely scenario for Axis victory. In order to happen, the Yellow River flooding doesn’t happen, leading to unbroken Japanese momentum in China through 1939 with the surrender of China in late 1939-early 1940. No embargo by the US against Japan, so Japan doesn’t see the US as a big threat (the Philippines were dangerous to Japanese shipping, but with China secured, Japan would have an overland alternate route). Japan simply attacks the European Pacific colonies in late 1940 and overwhelms the British naval forces there, forcing Britain to concede both the Pacific and later the East Indian Oceans to Japan. Italy and Germany occupy Egypt similar to as seen in this video, and India, Australia, and New Zealand see how terribly the British resistance is going, now simultaneously outnumbered on land, in the air, at sea, and in industrial output. Allied Morale is at rock bottom. Already in 1941, the Italians and Japanese coordinate to blockade India, also cutting off Australia, New Zealand, and Kenya. Britain’s only hope is to get the Soviets and US in the war, but after losing Moscow in just a few months, with Leningrad soon to follow, there’s no chance of US intervention anymore, and the war is lost, already by 1942. Britain surrenders, and the Soviets stand alone against the Germans and now the Japanese in 1942. The soviets will inflict millions of casualties on their enemies over years, but will ultimately be expelled to Siberia, probably with either the Urals or the Volga as the border between German control and independent Soviet control.
This is the best axis victory timeline ive ever seen, the key point is of course the quick fall of china which realistically should be more gradual so the war would last for longer but the concept is completely on spot, could be of heavy inspiration for a future video, if you allow me (with credits of course)

Both Turkey and Iran would likely attack the Soviets eventually, maybe even Afghanistan, but their contributions would be minimal, and probably the territories they gain minimal also. That said, people underestimate how close some battles can be. Even 10% more or fewer men on either side can make the difference between winning and losing a battle. And that applies to China too, which is also a reason why I think Japan could have been victorious in 1940 without the floods.

even this alternative is unlikely because the allies would have won given their strategic numerical and human superiority. Moreover, the United States has been an important superpower. and the resistance would have continued. the difference and that the war would have been much more complicated
Britain was cut off from the Mediterranean so the british had a much harder time to substain the war in the north sea so germany was able to overtake their superiority and eventually england fell
