Why not just remove the "No" and there's a escape!
this is probably one of the most brutal viruses, although it doesn't kill your computer or lock you out, it makes it impossible for you to type, use command prompt, get the password (unless you were told) and use your files.
Actually, it erases your bootloader, making it impossible to boot windows.

It's quite easy to remove
The Fred Durst message is a reference to justquant's "Resonate" malware. In the original, the payload was a huge, stretched out JPEG of Fred Durst, with text in Comic Sans MS reading "fred durst says: no computer today silly boy go outsie to play". You couldn't do anything on the computer once the payload has activated.

Unless the master password is set, passwords stored in password manager are not encrypted securely. Anybody having access to your computer can view them. Use this feature either with master password or if your computer is protected from unauthorized access.
