Yes, you can go to the beach but you will not be allowed to go in the water and water sports will also be closed during this time. Reason is high tide

If you can enjoy without beach activities then you can definitely go. Because water sports & beach nightlife & open shacks are probably closed

There will be some local authorities, life guards patrolling the beaches. If the weather isn't too bad, no one should stop you.
