Do you scrub before you have your bath with your soap and sponge or scrubbing come after bath with your soap and sponge.
Hello Lois. To use scrubs, you need to take your regular bath first. After which you either dab your body with a wet towel or let some of the water dry up leaving your body very damp but not dripping wet. Go in with the scrub in circular motions. Your arms, back, thighs, all over your body except your face depending on the type of scrub. Then if you have enough time, wait for the scrub to do it's work for about 10-15 minutes. (I usually do this routine at night when I'm not in a hurry to go out while playing music and dancing my weird dances in the shower to kill time). When you're done, rinse off the scrub from your body with sufficient water, pat dry with your towel and use your moisturizer. Repeat twice a week consistently. Hope this helps.

Oh!!! From my experience, not at all. But you know skin types differ. So if you use it and you don't like the results, stop usage immediately.

Yes. Shower gel and scrub perform different functions.

No please. Don't. Just apply baseline to the area.
I hated this body scrub
It smelled like literal candy but doesn't work as good as other veet body scrub I've used.
