Anna as a paramedic when I lost my wife unexpectedly I don’t remember the next five days. I do remember finding her but I don’t remember anything else. We are programmed to go into auto pilot when we we’re on calls dealing with patients but sometimes when dealing with your own family your auto pilot gets overloaded and can no longer do it. But I would and did definitely ask for an autopsy. And I personally did not file for life insurance policies and there was a $250,000 policy my step daughter filed for it because she wanted her half I could care less, what I wanted was gone and I was never getting it back and no amount of money was going to change that or make it easier to deal with her death.
So sorry for your loss... 💔💔💔 I am not a paramedic but can totally understand anyone going into panic mode, brain fog, shock, unable to do the basic things. I know when our son died there are things that are like stamped into my brain in technicolor but other things I have zero recollection of .....that shock stays for ages, it takes a long time for reality to set in then you live in a nightmare. If I had to attempt to do anything I know I was in no mental state to do anything, thankfully family did so much for me ....it’s not something you get over. I hope you find peace and are able to live a happy life and maybe someday meet another woman to love.

So, would eyedrop poisoning cause or contribute to her initial heart issues? Were they lifelong or did they pop up in her 20's, after they were married for some time? Lance was a great guest! He had some great points. Such an interesting case!
Was stacy born with a heart defect? Had she always had heart issues ? Or did these heart issues occur after her marriage? She was only in her 20's and a mother of two children . I have so many questions for instance if her heart was so bad wouldnt the doctors have advised against her having a baby carrying it to term not just once but twice? This case gives me chills
Stacy had no prior heart problems. Josh started putting them in her food and drinks over a period of a couple of years. Doctors could not pinpoint what was causing her heart issues. This poisoning resulted in the need for a pacemaker. He continued to poison her until she ultimately died. This lawyer knows Josh killed Stacy. He’s not an idiot, but he sure thinks listeners and watchers are.

Was he poisoning her with those eye drops before she had heart failure? Seems weird that she would be found with that medication that causes heart failure after she's suffered heart failure years before. Very weird.
Having worked as an EMT one reason ambulances may be stolen so much is while we are on scene with pts on 911 calls protocol is that the engine is running and lights on- and often we keep it unlocked an running so that it doesn’t become too hot or cold even on non-emergent calls so they are probably more likely than other vehicles to have the keys in them... just a thought. I had a co-worker have his rig taken on a call once. The idea of someone taking it with a patient inside is terrifying for that patient- and in busy systems a truck being out of service can be a real risk to patient care because we seem to always be short on resources.
@@conversationswithadrianne Yes- when my partner (I wasn’t working with him) had the vehicle stolen no patient was in it, but that report of a pregnant woman being in the stolen ambulance is crazy- technically it would be a violation of protocol to leave the patient alone in the compartment- sometimes if there are stable maybe you need to for a brief moment for something on scene but yeah I was wondering how that happened too maybe some negligence on the part of the provider!
Right from the start when the husband refuses an autopsy and a very quick cremation, the suspicious flags go up immediately. Very few murders go undetected, how these people think they'll get away with it, baffles me!! Second story, most paramedics are fully trained, they know how to save a patient, and they definitely know how to kill someone. He wanted the helicopter fire to cause a crash, didn't work out that way though, ridiculous he's out on bail, he'll never get to court!!
He wanted to commit suicide to avoid punishment but for some reason didn't want people to know it what suicide. I'm thinking he wanted to.die in what appeared to be an accident. He was planning to go to his death while still trying to manipulate the people who saw him innocent. Not to look like a guilty coward in death.
So bizarre how these two are chuckling together ... about this girl who dies of a heart attack ... ha ha ... nothing strange .. since she had a pace maker ? And they go on to say how people grieve differently and are bizarre ... ha ha ... they continue to chuckle ??? I mean what is so funny ??? I don’t see anything funny about someone dying , being murdered ... perhaps they are desensitized from having been exposed to too many terrible cases ? But their interpretation or view describing the first case is clouded in my opinion when they laugh ? They are bizarre .
In the second case- there is NO excuse for him NOT to do life saving measures... I gave my own brother mouth to mouth for 13 minutes! You can certainly and WOULD certainly do ANYTHING to save the person you love!
I think the guest thinks the eye drops were used as eye drops not that they were placed in drink or food to cause the wife to have a heart attack. He made comments as if the eye drops themselves were altered. I think in cases where eyedrop positioning occurs the eye drops haven't been altered but placed in a drink or food.
In the paramedic case, the wife's mother's intuition is nothing to take lightly, obviously. Nowadays, the term, 'ambulance chaser' takes on new meaning.
Yo Lance.... she was being poisoned by him adding the eyedrops to her drinking water! Not by dropping it into her eyes 🤦🏻♀️ Ana was very polite when he said it and said maybe he was adding it to her coffee... you saw the penny drop on Lance's face 😂
(A little bit of playing devil’s advocate here) But as someone who’s family hunts and owns guns, when you take hunter’s safety to get your hunting license or when you learn to shoot at the shooting range or your backyard or wherever... you are asked which is your dominant EYE. Not hand. Because pulling the trigger isn’t that hard but you need your best eyesight to see to hit your target. So I’m right-hand-dominant but I shoot left-handed because I’m left-eye-dominant. So while it is weird the gun was found in her left hand it’s not impossible.
Is this guy a defense atorney?? I just can not stand how they put doubt in EVERYTHING!! Nothing but games that try to screw with our common sense. Someone gets hit by a car. Are you sure she got hit by a car? Maybe she ran in front of the car? You know the games.
Clinton should be buried under the jail for pure stupidity his very behavior made him look guilty. The parademic guy may have been poisoning his wife over a long period of time, which may have caused her to have to get the pacemaker to begin with, being a parademic maybe he liked feeling like he was saving her but just took it way to far , both stories are really sad because two innocent lives were lost. May they both rest in eternal peace 🙏❤️
Got a kick out of him talking about his little girl. He's a wise man both professionally and as a daddy. We are to encourage our children's ability to be themselves and grow both mentally and emotionally. That is the key to raising strong intelligent children, who will be a productive member of society.
Well, LEFThanded or RIGHThanded is not so easy to say. At least in for example in my case. I write with L, hold knife or scissors with R, ride on boards with L leg dominant, knit and crochet with R, handsew with both...
Ana, I can understand the panic shock mode, even though it’s his occupation, being in shock disables the basic tasks, in some people, as for the autopsy it should have been automatic not something “husband” decides. In Australia as far as I am aware with my personal experience if you are not being treated for something specific then you don’t have an autopsy but I would think in this case, given her age and the “death” it would have been automatic unless like I said she was being currently under treatment. This woman had the pacemaker placed in several years ago, how do they know that is what caused the heart attack. It could have been something totally unrelated to the pacemaker. Suppose every country is different. When our son died in an accident, they still did an autopsy to see what actually caused his death....this case seems really sus to me. I think hubby will have a hard time explaining especially, as he refused an autopsy and cremated her within days ......thank goodness they had those samples so he will be less likely to get away with her murder ....!
I just had major shoulder surgery on my dominant arm and I can tell you right now, using a fork is hard enough with my non dominant hand, let alone stabilizing, aiming, and firing a handgun!!! Shenanigans!

How old are they? Did you know the victim?
@@alisonwonderland8680 20, I believe the victim graduated before I did
@@alisonwonderland8680 nvm just got confirmed the three of us graduated together
I like Lance! It's cute the way he says uh huh and a cute laugh,! The way he raises his daughter is what promotes critical thinking skills, awesome!
So, would eyedrop poisoning cause or contribute to her initial heart issues? Were they lifelong or did they pop up in her 20's, after they were married for some time? Lance was a great guest! He had some great points. Such an interesting case!
Jamie I was thinking the same thing, I wonder if he was dosing her Al along,a girl who has heart problems has a heart attack ..no one is suspicious
They popped up In her 20s when she got married !!
@@retahannell4207 he was dosing her poor girl prolly didn't even think or suspect it would be her own husband wow I'm so maddd rite now smfh
@@HeyListenhere I think hes trying to be diplomatic.
Right very chilling but no she had no other heart issues and I've paid so much attention to this storey because it's like I'm literally going thru this myself this is really really crazey but I'm gonna get answers asap for sure now listening to this storey because I obviously came across this storey for a reason she was very young very young..and again her storey is so similar to everything I seem to be going thru right now all my heart issues and now it's like I'm starting to go blind im only 44 this storey touches home for me and I'm going forward on what I truly truly beleive with god on my side for sure I give my condolences to her family and I hope he burns In hell for doin that to her smfh like that's so wrong I'm so mad like wtf is wrong with ppl seriously that was his wife but then again this is the mother of my kids smfh

Lawyer understands that he was making her drink it wasn't putting your eyeball he was putting it in her food and drink
Was he poisoning her with those eye drops before she had heart failure? Seems weird that she would be found with that medication that causes heart failure after she's suffered heart failure years before. Very weird.
Loving Ana’s hair today!!! 💖
I had a co-worker have his rig taken on a call
once. The idea of someone taking it with a patient inside is terrifying for that patient- and in busy systems a truck being out of service can be a real risk to patient care because we seem to always be short on resources.
Whaaaat!? That’s horrible! The thief is horrible!
Wonder why he was outside of the vehicle with the patient still inside.
The ambulance thieves know an ambulance has the right of way at busy intersections. Nice perk to have when trying to flee.
What scares me is how many people get away with murder!
You two are great together hope he guests again with you Ana!
had he been poisoning her with these eyedrops for a long time? is that why she had all these heart problems?
Exactly what happened
How the heck does Anna Garcia get more beautiful awesome and entertaining with every single year??
Hah! Thank you Ginger 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Lance Rocked!! Good sense of humor.
the guest is so good at thinking about every side and/or possibly
I think Lance missed the point that she didn't die by the eye drops being used in her eyes...
I would always be paranoid if my spouse had a large life insurance policy on me. You see this so much on crime stories. Thank God for her mother.
Ana, just wanted to comment how much I enjoyed Mr. Clarke! Have him often!
Lance need to come more often. I like him ❤️
Ana is a true gem 💎
In the second case- there is NO excuse for him NOT to do life saving measures... I gave my own brother mouth to mouth for 13 minutes! You can certainly and WOULD certainly do ANYTHING to save the person you love!
Love it! Lance fan from now on. Please have him back. His explanations are spot on.
The attorney is amazing, he has so much common sense. I can tell Anna is just pretending to not understand him.
He is sooo handsome ❤✌🏽💕
I like his fresh approach... wonderful guest 🙏🏼
Agree, he's got it all!
Girlll, i literally just said the same thing in a comment. He's very handsome and has a great personality. He can come back all the time. Lol
I wanted to say it, but didn't dare 😳 now that you did... 😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
He’s mine! 🤣
Oooh...
you’re pretty smart!
Ding Ding Ding WE HAVE A WINNER!
Right! 👏🏼
In the paramedic case, the wife's mother's intuition is nothing to take lightly, obviously.
Nowadays, the term, 'ambulance chaser' takes on new meaning.
Ps..I love this guy almost as much as I love ANA! He was a breath of fresh air, and I loved all of his perspectives! Good dude, And great guest!
I kno this case very well, my husband and I were shocked.... We live in Charlotte NC... This hits home hard......
I love these shows. I should have been a detective instead of healthcare administrator. Ummm side note..esq is fine as hell. And I love Anna’s voice.
Elle- you are so funny! Thanks for the kindness. See you next week, AnaG
The defense lawyer has an explanation for everything.
Isn’t that the definition of a defense lawyer??? Thanks for joining us AnaG 🙏🏼
@@AnaGNews haha, of course I didn't mean that literally ;) I know what a defense lawyer is, I am a lawyer 😂

My fav true crime podcast thanks ana and all at true crime daily
Definitely bring Lance back again soon. Loved hearing his arguments and opinions. Great guest!
I'm distracted. Lance is too handsome.
Yo Lance.... she was being poisoned by him adding the eyedrops to her drinking water!
Not by dropping it into her eyes 🤦🏻♀️
Ana was very polite when he said it and said maybe he was adding it to her coffee... you saw the penny drop on Lance's face 😂
I noticed that, too.
She immediately used a very tactful and friendly way of correcting him.
Life insurance policies ... say no more 😒
Anna Looks so Pretty with the blue glasses
Thank you so much - trying to rotate all my different frames 🙏🏼🙏🏼☺️👓
@radheekrshn thank you 🙏🏼 ☺️
I think the lady is absolutely right that he was doing it slowly to make it seem like his wife was sick.
Finally, someone that actually says the date and the year on their video. Its nice to know when its published.
I think the family of the helicopter pilot should have attempted murder charges filed against the paramedic.
“That’s a lot of commitment.” Shrewd observation.
It is so lovely to see you for the first time Ana. I have only ever listened to your podcasts.
Got a kick out of him talking about his little girl. He's a wise man both professionally and as a daddy. We are to encourage our children's ability to be themselves and grow both mentally and emotionally. That is the key to raising strong intelligent children, who will be a productive member of society.
Owen has voice smooth like butter! love him!
Am I the only one not liking this podcast format?
Bring back the regular show.
Well, LEFThanded or RIGHThanded is not so easy to say. At least in for example in my case. I write with L, hold knife or scissors with R, ride on boards with L leg dominant, knit and crochet with R, handsew with both...
More Lance in the future please!!
Ana is great getting to spend time listening to your podcast while at work lol...
Hi Augie! Thank you - now, focus on work ☺️
Ana, I can understand the panic shock mode, even though it’s his occupation, being in shock disables the basic tasks, in some people, as for the autopsy it should have been automatic not something “husband” decides.
Oh, Florida man.
It's always the husband .9.999
TCD, thank you for your work. i look forward to my alerts that there is a new upload. Your work is so good for all of us. :)
Thank you so much 😊 Ana G 🙏🏼
I just had major shoulder surgery on my dominant arm and I can tell you right now, using a fork is hard enough with my non dominant hand, let alone stabilizing, aiming, and firing a handgun!!! Shenanigans!
My favorite word: shenanigans. Not used nearly enough! AnaG ☺️
Get Lance back on asap. Great
People are nucking Futs in Fl.
Great job on the podcast! Enjoyed the guest perspective! And obviously the comments section! ❤️ you guys!!
Someone put a few drops of VISINE in a person's cocktail in a bar = shit-storm.
I really enjoyed this attorney’s analysis. I learned a lot.
Awesome guest, and we love you Anna Garcia.
True Crime Daily>> I couldn’t even watch more than 15 minutes of this guy. You picked a douche bag defense attorney that every question you posed to him he was acting like a defense attorney on and trying to explain this away. He’s gross. Defense lawyers are gross. Defending a murderer after he’s already been convicted… gross. Please don’t use defense lawyers.
What a scary world we live in when we have to worry about how to grieve. Did you grieve too much or not enough. Make sure you grieve exactly perfectly.
I think the podcast should have its own channel
