@@MariesScrappyCreations , I did between March to August. I went to clean it and I accidentally put the bobbin case in wrong. I sent it a warranty place Singer told me to send it to. I haven’t seen it since. We are in now into February 2021. I have called them every month and they keep tell me 2 more weeks.
@@anitamchale2913 oh wow! I’m SO sorry! There’s no need of that at all. Well, mine arrived all banged up from shipment with multiple stitches not working. After emailing with Singer back and forth, I’ve finally decided to send it back, so you’d think they’d send me a replacement, but no... I have to send it back, wait for it to get there, be scanned and then 10-14 days later they’ll issue a refund! Ridiculous in my opinion. Because after all that, then reordering, I’d be around a month out. I suppose that’s not long compared with what they’ve done to you.
I cannot select anything (needle position, stitch type, length, etc.) on my Singer Quantum 9960 machine. The LCD screen is on, but none of the buttons work.
I bought this machine in April 2020. It is a piece of junk. Been sewing for 50 years, and this is the worst machine I've ever owned. I'm done with Singer.
Thank you I was having trbl with adjusting the zigzag. Never had such a computerized machine before.

Can you embroider names with the twin needle? Also can you enlarge the lettering?

What's the point in asking any operating questions. The narrator doesn't answer them anyway and her voice is terrible for this type of narration.
