- Jack Wilshere enjoyed a playing career at the top of the English game, spending most of his time at Arsenal and has 34 international caps for the Three Lions.
After lengthy spells out with injury, he decided to hang up the boots in 2022 and pursue a coaching career, subsequently working with Arsenal's U18s. The 33-year-old made the difficult decision to leave his position at the Emirates in October and become Norwich City's new first-team coach.
Jack spoke to the Pink Un exclusively after the opening of two new facilities at the Norwich City Community Sports Foundations hub the Nest.

As much as I liked Stuart Webber, THIS new era is so much better with the media. No sly digs, no accidentally poor phrases making attention. Still being honest too. Very much a fan atm. OTBC x
Does being better with 'The Media' mean the club, the players, those employed & most supporters are enjoying being connected to Norwich more than previous seasons ? .
So glad we’ve got him. Comes across so humble and happy to be here
so well spoken this whole new build has me excited 1st time since farke i believe something big is coming
Scored his best goal and one of arsenal's best ever goals against Norwich! As a Gooner whos moved to Norwich im glad hes done the same.
Honestly had no idea Jack Wilshere was such a good communicator. Sounds like he really knows what he’s doing and all very positive!
We’re so lucky to have him and the whole coaching team. OTBC.
He was a great player. And I reckon he's gonna be a great coach too. We're lucky to have him.
Seems like a proper decent guy, seems very serious and driven about the project. Great content aswell guys been waiting to hear from jack
Great interview Connor. Jack comes across so well.
Really good this.. a great group we have together💚💛
What a brilliant interview and jack is a great capture for us to have on the coaching staff,I'm sure he will go into management in a couple of years time ,but at the moment he is a great fit in our club to push us on where we all want to be challenging for automatic and then established premiership team is our aim 💛💚🌟🙏🏴
Top bunch round norwich for the minute. Things finally looking up.
Much respect Jack, chuffed you're at our club. Privilege.
Can only echo the other comments, really pleased we have him at the club. Has a clear hunger but isn't arrogant with it. I'd imagine he's a good laugh behind the scenes too which is really important for creating a good environment.
Nice guy who seems to be very driven. A good fit for the 'project' that the club are progressing. I think the club have assembled a great coaching team that can bring us success.
Comes across really well doesn’t he
He spent a bit of time playing in Denmark at the end of his playing career. It will have helped him connect with Johannes and Glen.
Great interview 👏👏👏
