Awww your mother has been through a lot in her life with your fathers death and caring for her kids as a single mother working 3 jobs. God bless her! I’m glad you and Andrei are taking care of her now. She is precious
It's nice to see that you also gave your husband's coworker a Filipino meal. That's so nice of you. I hope to see their reaction to Filipino food more.❤❤❤ Sharing is caring 🎉
Wow so nice to hear that ur husband Serge know how to say..Masarap....u are learning a little bit of our Filipino language...love it, ❤❤❤.. sending love, God bless you always.
It's not hard to see how influential and important Mama Olga is in your and Andrey's lives. My mother had a hard life, too, and I strove hard so that I can give her a comfy life. Like how Mama Olga is to your four sons, my mother also selflessly took care of her grandkids including my own son. Great job with the escabeche, Liza. Sergey eats like a real Filipino now. I wonder what his reaction and your reactions will be to ''Kare-Kare'', if ever.
Oh, what a wonderful family i see here, eating a Filipino dish with gusto, living a simple and happy life with four handsome boys to look after. GOD BLESS YOU LIZA AND YOUR WHOLE FAMILY. I LOVE YOU.
Thank you very much for your kind words, Andrey and I have already prepared this dish. He has this video on his blog. But I think we'll cook it again, because it's delicious and it's worth cooking.👍👍👍🫶❤️
Mama Olga deserves everything you and Andrei are giving her, and you are very fortunate to have a good mother like her. We can't wait for your arrival in the Philippines, back to Samal. Thanks so much for sharing her story with us!
I love mama Olga she's so kind and Filipinos loved her! ❤❤ i love the kids also they're so much adorable at mga guapo like tito Andrey! 😊 i love this whole family ❤ GOD BLESS
I cant wait to see you in our humble and beautiful country Philippines. Im sure you enjoy very well here in Philippines. We filipinos always welcomes you.
The Philippines' Department of Tourism would be happy now because your family is doing a great job in promoting our Filipino values, cuisine and culture in your city. We need tourists and investors to visit our country because there are people here who are working in the tourism sector as a source of income. And tourism also helps in generating funds for our government.
It's so nice to see Sergey eating like a Filipino husband now. He will be ready to fly to the Philippines. He is now enjoying eating rice everytime I see your vlog, Liza.
I’m sorry to hear about your father. May he rest in peace. Hearing that story of how your Mom raised you and Andrei by working 3 jobs made me appreciate her even more. She truly is a great Mom and Grandmother. May God continue to bless all of you.
I am happy to watch in your channel of you cooked escabeche with fish and rice, dry popular dish in the Philippines, Sergey, and Victor eating the dish and be like it❤😅keep up the good job in cooking our Philippine dishes to your family and friends. From Alaska with love❤😂😅😊

Liza, you do have a great grasp to a happy life. There's sincerity in what you do and to share it with us, I can only echo my thanks. And if I may add, incorporating Filipino cuisine to your Russian life must be a great joy and satisfaction to you, I see it. Good luck and may you continue to spread the love.❤👋
Here in the Philippines people are all willing to help without any returns. That's the spirit of love not only within our family but to others as well.
It seems that we have a common culture as a family. We put first our family before us. Helping each other in times of trouble. That's what I like watching you and your brother Andrei's blog for mom Olga is like a Filipino she always helps here family despite of her age and she ove so much here grandson.
Hi Liza, please take it easy on Soy sauce, Fish sauce, and Oyster sauce when you add them to your food, for they are salty. Try to add a spoonful at a time & taste it as you go, if the dish needs more sauce, you can always add more. Sending you a day full of joy and sunshine. 🌻🌻🌻🥀🥀🥀💛😊
Beef Bistek, Chicken Adobo, Chicken Tinola, Beef Nilaga are some of the Filipino food that are easy to make and quite delicious. Your family may like them. 🙂😋😊
Your anecdote about Mama Olga when you were kids and her becoming a widow, and Andrey and your resolution to not have her have work and be sad when you grew up are so touching, Liza! We can see how you both are loving and unselfish with, and appreciative of your mom. Thank you for sharing this. You're an amazing mother, daughter, wife, mother and sister. And cook and baker! May God bless you all always! 🙏
Liza you are doing such a fantastic job in your cooking. I can see you are a good mom to have a well behave children. How can we send you gifts for cooking.
Thank you so much for watching me and my family. 🙏❤️❤️❤️We can't send anything to Russia, but I still don't know where we will be in the Filipinas , in which house🤷♀️
Word of advice, Liza…you shouldn’t tolerate the kids playing on the kitchen counter for two main reasons; their safety and for health/sanitation purposes. The kitchen counter is a place for food preparation, keep it free from contamination. I hope you don’t mind this words of culinary wisdom.
it's a culture shock as well for me when I came here, but they want there children to experience everything, they want their children as independent as 3 yrs old. They let their children here play outside barefoot, they just let their children dress by themselves, they play in the sand boxes (improvise) and their children hand went muddy and it's okey. every compound must have children playground with seesaw, merry go round, swing and a sandbox. Every kindergarten must have a playground and bahay bahayan they can play cooking. when they cook, they involve their children to prepare the food, and really good, kase masaya yung mga bata nakikiparticipate sa mga ganitong gawain
Escabeche is yummy almost close to sweet and sour with the sauce. Arseni seems to be the little joy of the family cause even Mama Olga carries him while cooking too.
I love Escabeche now i am hungry 🤤 and there’s little Vanya before i can see him i already heard his sweet caring voice. Your husband is one hardworking man and his cool too. I love his moves… 🕺
Hello Liza, I fry the fish until golden brown every time I cook fish escabeche. Also, aside from using onion for sautéing, I used garlic, strips of ginger, and bell pepper. Season it with vinegar, soy sauce, a pinch of salt, pineapple juice, and sugar to balance the taste. You can sprinkle the top of the fish escabeche with pineapple tidbits. It’s so yummy.
Good job on the escabeche! You can make a different version of it by deep frying a whole fish or filet until the outside is crispy, set aside and pour the sweet and sour sauce over.
Liza hi, I like the way your trying to cook Filipino dishes, way to go. You should use a whole fish and fry till golden brown it makes the fish whole not broken also it taste better. You can use small fish or medium fish to fry. You can put bell pepper and serve with parsley on top.. ❤❤
I really like your energy sister Liza 😊, that escabeche looks delicious, when we cook escabeche especially when we have lot of fish , like dried fish we put lot of tomatoes, we also put vinegar and more sugar to balance the sourness and sweet , and tomato paste
