Yep that's a little chilly I purchased my first rail in December , Ohio,was 34 deg, rail was street legal,had to stop twice carburators kept iceing up haha,.elderly guy I purchased it from,good friend was dieing of brain cancer, anyhow he was astonished at my ability to granny shift the car driving it for first time.great video,good times!
