The avocado gardens in the mountains are certainly very beautiful and are planted with various varieties of avocado, including Pinkerton and Bacon. I'm happy to see this video, thank you, my friend.
That Kona Sharwil you have at the top of the hill is surrounded by a giant oak trees so it’s growing vertically to try to capture more light. I’m sure you already knew this.
Thank you for your comment. I have a few trees growing vertically to capture the sun. I definitely could of planned the location of the trees a little better. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching!
I think that Fuerte trees are known for their sprawling, sideways growth so there may not be much you can do about that. I've heard many people say that their Kona Sharwil trees are not producing fruit right now and that's includes my tree. I planted my Sharwil tree in 2014 and it produced fruit that year but it hasn't since. But in the last two years it has really started to grow so hopefully it will start producing fruit soon.
Thank you for sharing about the Fuerte and Kona Sharwil. It is comforting to know I am not the only one having these issues with them. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching!
Thank you for sharing, nice to know, I am not the only one having production issues with the Fuertes. Thank you for sharing and thank you for watching!
Its nice to hear from you and hope you are doing well. That's great that your Fuerte is loaded this year, I heard Fuerte avocados are excellent! Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching!
Definitely agree with you there. They definitely love the ground better and they do much better in the ground then in containers. Thank you for comment and thank you for watching!
GREAT AVOCADO TOUR & GROWING SUCCESSES, JOHNNY! 🥑🙌 Can’t remember, but are you on Instagram and/ or Facebook? If so, can you drop the link(s) here? Thanks, Charles :-)
Hi Charles, thank you for your comment and kind words and thank you for watching! Thank you Charles for your great channel and products and thank you for taking the time to watch my channel!
Your avocado grove is very impressive. I would imagine it's an adventure (and a treacherous one at that) to harvest your fruit from the hillside.
Thank you for your kind words and your comment. Thank you for watching!
