The tires pulling is called Tramlining. Look it up. Sports tires pull with the grooves in the road. My Camaro does it on crappy roads n straight as a pin on smooth roads.
Had the same issue with the stock tire. Mine wore out after 5500 miles so upgraded to Michelin S4’s. Issue mostly solved in addition to better traction all around. You’ll stick tram line in certain roads but it’s less noticeable. Good luck.

Most roads are crowned to the right for drainage and a good street alignment will have some slight caster difference to combat that pull. Of course, different roads have different crowns so you may have different results on a more tapered road. Still, if it's tracking to the right on all roads - well, there's an alignment problem.
Have the ss 1le with the same foot print. If you get a part of the road that has uneven surfaces or cracks, tracks etc. It will pull right or left depending on the surface because of the wide width of the tires.
Set up valet mode when you take it to the dealership and also set up teen driver it will tell you everything you need to know when leaving your car anywhere

Alignments are covered up to 7,000 miles, it did seem like they did not want to do it. So I’m assuming you’re under 7k, if not just pay for the alignment and have them add/remove some camber up front. There isn’t a caster adjustment like pickups so they’d have to play with camber and still no guarantee because of the inability to adjust caster and counter the pull with additional cross caster. The rear suspension is adjustable so they can perfect that, also don’t rule out tire pulls they suck and can happen to brand new vehicles.

The wide tires will pull towards any grooves on the road. My ZL1 does the same. It's just due to the tire wanting to follow the grooves. Best way to know for sure is to test it on a smooth stretch of road. If the car pulls consistently all the time, then it's an issue, if it pulls only on certain roads, then it's the roads, not the alignment.
i have an ss 1le which has the same wheel sizes as a zl1 i had the same alignment issue. When i took it to get aligned as i drove out of the dealer it was worse, it pulled really hard to the left. Long story short it was the rack and pinion they had to replace and they aligned it free of charge because it was still under warranty. These guys added 25 miles to the odometer which pissed me off. I understand they have to test drive it to check it but i wasnt sure they really needed 25 miles all i could think of is one of these cock suckers hammering my shit on the freeway. AND these shit heads scraped up the chin splitter on a drive way but who gives a shit right? It aint theirs. Sorry i needed to get that off my chest :D

I would definitely never take my car to a dealership for an oil change, because of the cost and because the level of service. Audi tried charging me $440 for an oil change, something that anyone can do with 5 minutes of research.
And ya, the car pulling needs to be fixed. No new car should pull to a side, regardless of the reason they give. The big issue with not getting it fixed is it could cause more problems later. Go back and force them to fix it.

I have a Gen6 Camaro SS. No way I would leave the dealership without them fixing any issue that's UNDER warranty. Go to a different dealership.
