Thank you for acknowledging this very real issue. It is really essential that Christians address mental well-being. Empathy, understanding and spiritual as well as practical care are vital to anyone affected and to all for that matter. The more awareness we have as a large organisation, the better we are in a position to offer much needed support. MH can affect anyone of any age and any background.
