In case you were unaware, concrete is supposed to be poured on a gravel bed and not the dirt to stop the ground from washing out from underneath. Hopefully you don't get a lot of rain cause else it will settle and crack much quicker. Rebar or any kind of wire mesh would of also helped, especially without a solid gravel bed. Not hating but make sure your contractor isn't taking advantage of you. Especially when you tell them your going to pay 20k. A lot of people will cut corners to make an extra couple hundred bucks.
You should get some netting to put behind the basketball hoop, so that anything that misses the hoop/backboard will bounce off the netting instead of rolling 30+ feet into the woods.
With the court, you guys should do a plinko board challenge what ever you land on you try to get stuff to win with or try out for a certain amount of money
