At this point we’ve seen Dom survive an exploding submarine, an exploding plane, multiple crashing cars, skydiving out of a plane, flying off a mountain, flying across a bridge, falling off a bridge, his neck slammed into a piece of concrete ceiling, ...I can’t even think of the rest so his arm not being broken shouldn’t be much of a surprise.
