You'll find that the small player's jump is FAR shorter, thus increasing the difficulty. Now I dont know if the gravitation works as you intended or not, but I just want to make sure you notice that.
couple suggestions: -Add a badge so players feel some feeling of accomplishment after beating the game -Make it so that you can walk trough players, as its annoying if someone blocks the way -Fix the hitboxes its really really broken as its sometimes too big -Fix shift lock -Fix the cap for the camera in some way, its too zoomed out to the point you cant really see whats going on due to the game being layoutted as a tower -Fix the gravity

For this, I think you should lower the gravity even more so that it feels natural and change the jump height to your desired height. Great game idea by the way!

r15 = trash for obbies r6 = good for obbies r15 packages have animations that make hitboxes HUGE and vary r6 packages have a single animation with the same hitbox no matter what

The reason your hitboxes are so off is because I suspect roblox touched events arent very accurate at a small level, You could resize the entire game and then change the cameras properties to make it look like everything is small. Some might consider it cheating but if it achieves the same result its better than an impossible obby right?
You should put the game on a table and then if you press on a spectate button, you will be sat on a chair with your real size character watching the people doing the obby

I tried remaking the small char by resizing a char to make it small with the roblox default resize tool (specifically to set the jump power and walk speed of the humanoid), then to make the jump power feel normal I changed the gravity by using 196.2*JumpPower/50 (196.2*10/50, 50 is because it's the default jump power and 196.2 is the default gravity), which gave me 39.24, I wonder if you'd be able to do the same, it seems like on the video your character's jump power is 3.5, so 196.2*3.5/50 which gives 13.734, so see what happens if you set the gravity to 13.734 on your game, also you should make so players don't collide with each other, which Idrk how to do and wouldn't blame you if you don't either, but you should be able to find stuff on the toolbox

make it so theres the giant baseplate 100 studs from your tiny cube so you have to do an abby to get into an elevator which crushes on another obby and your next goal is a train which crushes etc. and after all that you reach the baseplate and resize
