I have been following strongman for a couple years now and Big Z never fails to blow my mind in and out of competition. An absolute legend in competition, greatest strongman to ever live by far. But what truly makes Big Z the best is his intentions with strongman and his ability to stay neutral with his emotions on and off the stage. So nice to see the TH-cam channel is on its feet. I always watched strongman on tv and when he first came on the world’s strongest I thought he is a cool calm guy no drama, and he is, how interesting and inspiring to see him going about his day such a nice chap, I think there is a lot of natural genetic strength in him I bet all his relatives are real strong 💪

To each his/her own). :) Going through the daily grind for some decades, I sure would like to have the lifestyle of Z. He certainly has his priorities in order! Can't wait for Thursday video.

I think it is more likely that he will try to go for heavy loglift first. He is just now getting up his bodyweight, not enough time to get back to top form till WSM. Probably.

As a life long fan of strength and competitive powerlifting, Z is my all time idol along with Arnold, who I idolised as a kid. Z is the muhammad Ali/Michael jordan of strength and any inspiring lifter should follow this legend!

When Big Z went to bed, it was still light outside. This means he takes his sleep seriously. I recommend some curtains that block the light. That will make the room totally dark and that is better for sleep. There are special curtains that do this. Another suggestion: As you are a reader, you will probably be good at writing. You could write a biography about your strongman career. I think you'd sell many copies, if you write it yourself.
Recommend turning the background music softer. Z's pretty soft-spoken, so the music is overbearing on this one

during summer in lithuania it only gets dark around 11 pm
He mentioned in a previous video that he goes to bed at 9pm.
