Just got a couple of your belts and I cannot remove the screw closest to the buckle on either of them. I’ve tried all these methods. They’re on so tight that I’m starting to ruin the belts trying to remove them.
Did you ever get a response? Or even an acknowledgement of your issue with the belt/buckle?
Same issue here! Just got my second Executive belt today and wanted to swap buckles. I just spent about an hour putting my full body weight onto a coffee table with a rubber backer under the belt and could only get one screw off on either belt. I tried my Ikea dining table and heard a crack pushing so hard... no luck
The screws on one of my belts had glue on them, so i had to use wire stripper pliers (normal pliers would work but the stripper pliers are more rounded at the jaws so less scratches) to hold the outside edge of the smooth side of the screw while i unscrewed the other side.

@@davidcook1974 I have a Galco Miami Classic shoulder holster it has Chicago Screws, easy to remove and going on 20 years all kinds of weather including rain they have never loosened or fell out
Received my ordered belt. Already previously watched this video. So I could exchange the buckle, that came with the western belt with a buckle I recently purchased.
I rewatched the video. I can’t unscrew the Chicago screws or figure out a way to keep them from just spinning
I’m out $100 total on belt ordered plus $35 for the new freaking buckle.
Any suggestions other to spend more$ and locate a leather or boot shop to help me get this resolved.
If I take it to a leather/boot repair place I guess I’ll pay to have them insert snaps on the belt for later buckle, exchanges.

You must be using some form of rubber that is not available to the common man. I have tried every method I could think of to remove the screws and replace your buckle that broke! They just spin they are on so tight. 100+ dollar junk belt!
If you need to drill out the screws, you can do that. Let us know and we'll send you replacement chicago screws for your belt. Did you already request a new buckle, too?

UPDATE: I left this comment mostly out of frustration of not being able to fix my belt. I didn’t contact crossbreed out of my disappointment with the buckle breaking. As soon as I left the comment CrossBreed holsters replied and gave me the info to get both replaced. They are shipping out replacement parts. I will be the first to admit that I was wrong in leaving a bad comment. CrossBreed has proven me wrong, thank you Crossbreed!

Loved the belt. Buckle broke and they shipped new buckle. Find something to hold the Chicago screws???? Screw you. Send me something to complete the task. Or send me a new belt. Now I have a new buckle and a newly scratched up POS belt that I can’t use because I can’t get the effing screws out. What total bs. Done with this company. Will never recommend their holsters or belts to anyone again.
