The 1937 Merc Roadster is the stuff, I would have wrestled the baroness for a chance to sit in the back for just ten munites. Thanks for including this car on the list,it is truly a stunning automobile.
I have to thank you for posting this, it is very enjoyable and dare I say, educational? Me personally, for the history and impact has to the Tucker '48 Sedan. THAT is my favorite car. :)
A truly lovely collection of some really amazing cars. For me, the pick of the bunch was Gisela Von Krieger's 540K Mercedes - I guess the thing that stands out is the attention to detail in the restorations of these cars.
Tucker!!!! Just showed the movie to my GF she loved it. Just imagine what that must have been like though, the last of the independents making a damn car.... unbelievable.
Take a look at the dream cars that were around when I was a young kid. Of course these types were for the movie stars and very rich. They still hold their magic for a great many who like automobiles.
There is no such thing as "most unique" because unique means 'only one'. Something is either unique or it isn't; it can't be more only one or less only one.
Actually it's true - at those times many Ferrari models had just ten cars, or less. SWB is rare, but 'common' in terms of pre-1965 Ferraris. At $5m it pales beside the $16m Testa Rossa.
I knew a man name of Jerry Sauls from Pa. that owned one of Gables Dusenbergs. In fat he had a picture of gable at the Dusenberg dealer ( or manufacturing plant ) taking delivery. The photo was autographed by Clark Gable. Would this happen to be that car? Not sure if Mr. Sauls is still alive or not but I do remember the car. He also owned Lyndon Johnsons Lincloln Continental limo. A friend of mines dad did all his resto work for him at the time.
Atentamente Fabian Puga
thenewimahich But this Aerolithe is a replica. The original Aerolithe from 1936 no longer exists. The yellow and black Atalante also in this exhibition, however, is an authentic Molsheim original.
The 300 SLR roadsters weren't very rare or unique. What is rare is the 300 SLR Gull Wing. Notice I said 300 "SLR" Gull Wing? There were only two 300 SLR Gull Wings ever built. All the rest of the 300 SLR's were open tops; but only two were built as Gull Wings. Of course, there were plenty of 300 SL Gull Wings built. The 300 SL's had six cylinder engines; while the 300 SLR's were straight eights.
Such a shame they are locked away, the engineers that created these fabulous machines would never want them sat in a dusty museum, they would want to see them powering down the roads and race tracks, where they belong, not caged and gawked at like animals in a zoo.
One of my 70's friends claimed that the original XK-SS proto for the production XKE was designed after a penis. Do you think? .....New meaning for the phrase ' penis envy '.
The curls and curves in these cars are more than the eye can capture. Engineers with hearts of Art.
The 37 DELAGE is the one that really gets me,,im in love.
The 1937 Merc Roadster is the stuff, I would have wrestled the baroness for a chance to sit in the back for just ten munites. Thanks for including this car on the list,it is truly a stunning automobile.
Classical music instead of crap rap. Breath of fresh air...........
Old fart
+WachdByBigBrother A breath of fresh crap if you ask me.
Classic cars along with a classic composer, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, nice touch!
All these cars came from a very different place in time-when style was everything. They are really more like works of art then merely conveyances.
Absolutely gorgeous, fantastic, stunning - no word to describe it! Also thanks for the music it's very suiting for the video ;)
all of these cars are real beauties
ferrari 250 GTO, the most beautiful car ever, but I prefer it in red.
I have to thank you for posting this, it is very enjoyable and dare I say, educational?
Me personally, for the history and impact has to the Tucker '48 Sedan. THAT is my favorite car. :)
Truly Beautiful Desirable cars, every one of them.
Every car presented here -- beautiful, rare, expensive and in some way, amazing.
Brings a tear to my eye knowing I may never get to drive/keep one of these classy automobiles.
Classic rare cars remind me of old days in history. I wonder how many of these automobiles still exist in the world?
Hi! Do you plan to make a second part of "Worlds Rarest and Most Unique Automobiles"? Liked soundtrack on this video.
Only thing i have im mind right now: i was born way too late. I'd love to see these masterpieces hitting the road.
A truly lovely collection of some really amazing cars. For me, the pick of the bunch was Gisela Von Krieger's 540K Mercedes - I guess the thing that stands out is the attention to detail in the restorations of these cars.
Absolutely love the Tucker Torpedo, saw it in Mafia 2 and L.A. noire, Just an awesome car!
What a sophisticated taste of music....
The metalwork on those '30s autos is just shocking!
So beautiful...real eye candy.
love all the cars on here, i know they are all rare if not one of a kinds, but it's still a shame to see them parked and not driving out on the road
excellent video well done
Where is this museum located?
Nice to see the vintage batmobiles
Wonderful!
The Silver Arrow is the best looking car of all these hands down.
My choice would be the Mercedes 540K but wow I would love to own any of these, thanks for the post.

There is no such thing as MOST UNIQUE...something is either UNIQUE or it isn't. Great pics.
nice!! i went to this exhibition when it came to atlanta.
I got to ride in the stingray racer concept for one of my birthdays. Surprisingly, it isnt as loud as you'd think
My dream is to drive an automobile like that one day
preeeeeeeetty! i wish this exibition came to minneapolis. :(
Was this taken in a motor museam?
my heart hits faster when i'm watching this video
OMG that 1937 Mercedes 540k i would love to be behind the wheel on one of those...
These are in Atlanta?
Corvette is amazing
lol the 48 tucker torpedo is one of my favourite cars on L.A.Noire
Where was this at?!?
the scarab. now that's rare and unusual
Love the '59 Sting Ray. looks a lot like the Speed Racer Mach 5 tv car
Oh yes, there were 12 ´71 Barracuda convertibles built, what a large number of pieces...
That Corvette looks so damn futuristic for the 50's... no wonder corvettes are called rockets... it looks like it can reach mock speeds lol.
@GitarenEnBananen the gtos amazing but as it says-the silver car shown is a 250 GT SWB not a GTO
The Firearrow is awesome. Yes, they're all awesome, but somehow it really just jumps out at me.
I love that 59 Stingray
These cars would really suit me there just all georgeous
Yes,rarity does have a certain appeal.Thanks.
Would like to see instrument panel on these cars.
The 1959 Corvette Stingray was beautiful.
~ wow~ the corvette is the coolest~
@mikebarneynissan :- Could you name the songs in this vid ? Thanks mate ...
There is no such thing as "most unique" because unique means 'only one'. Something is either unique or it isn't; it can't be more only one or less only one.
Rita Hayworth's Caddy should be listed in you honorable mention.

Automobili fantastiche, vere opere d'arte.

wheres the avoins voisin
What's the music
Why is it that the 'vette stingray from the fifties looks more modern that the ones from the late 60s?
5:55 i seen this bugatti on my street , i make a loooot of photos of it
Simplemente lo mejor, la belleza mecánica en su máximo esplendor, hermosos carros de la A a la Z. ¿Quien no daría parte de su vida para obtener alguno de estos
majestuosos e increíbles autos?

Was this about music with cars flashing in the background? Nice tune.
Thanks for the delightful distraction
awesome
at 1:01, i thought"When I get older,im gonna get a '59 stingray and turn it into the original Speed Racer Mach 5
And what about a Wanderer W23 Cabriolet straight 6?
7:32 its clearly not a 37 dubonnet, its a 33 pierce silver arrow which is awesome car for its time
What exactly defines "rarest"? If a car is a one-off design (which there have been many), aren't they equally as "rare"?
Would be nice to sustain the captions for each car identity.
It's funny how the saloons and coupe's were mostly European models except the Tucker.
The 1948 Tucker Model 48 Torpedo looks like the Walter Rocket on Mafia II
The Jag and the Merc are the real class cars some of the others are just monstrosities.
Some of the pictures are out of order.
that '59 stingray is amazing. a concept i assume...
The convertible version is. Only 14 where ever made and about 6-7 exist today.
1963 MGB Berlinette Counne or the 1967 Trident Clipper should be in there
that trucker something was in a game called mafia 2 and that game was in `1952 i thinkg
Wow, 18 beautiful car's and not a single Delahaye. What a waste of time!!
Rarest is the Bugatti Aerolithe in my opinion
thenewimahich But this Aerolithe is a replica. The original Aerolithe from 1936 no longer exists. The yellow and black Atalante also in this exhibition, however, is an authentic Molsheim original.
There isn't one in known to exist anymore just a replica
when cars were more visual art than just some numners
pierce silver arrow is on mafia
I would take just the db4 gt zagato over al the others.
It's Mozart's 40th symphony - played in a way too slow tempo, by the way.
no bugatti royale???
i Love that dusey
I hope they are driven occasionally no engine likes to go long without being cranked.
They forgot the late generation Trans Ams
Jay "Leno has them all.

Well I like all of them
Why no ferrari 250 testa rossa?
How did you get into my garage????!!!!!
why it's written "only 1" in Eldorado Brougham's number plate.
One of my 70's friends claimed that the original XK-SS proto for the production XKE was designed after a penis. Do you think? .....New meaning for the phrase ' penis envy '.
lol the 250 SWB was built 167 times. Hardly rare by early Ferrari standards.
