This is how I fixed my roof leak on my 2021 Nissan Rogue . Replace the First Plastic Clip and use a rubber washer or liquid gasket around the clip to prevent future leaks .
I have the same problem but in my case I've got the leak also in a ceil between front and rear doors, did you sealed them also? I am wondering how didn't middle clips leak at all because they don't have any gasket... Do you know where I can buy new clips?

This just happened to me! We washed it by hand, but decided to go through the Take 5 car wash and bam, we have a leak. Ugggg
Has the same problem going through Take 5. But didn’t see it with Hurricane car wash

I have tried taking it to the dealership, but they seem to think it is just the way the car is built
