I assume since you replied to my site, you're calling me a troll? Ruapraia. To the contrary, You are the hit and run artist. I explained the situation from my point of view. I haven't name called or used foul language. I am a professional glazier, both union and non union since 1990, and I am always in demand. I want to keep it that way..
@Justin Hensley What I was referring to, is off shoring jobs, or in this case, creating a way of shifting premium jobs in the field (middle class, $50,000 - $80,000 jobs) to (factory workers, $20,000 - $30,000 jobs) Why the anger? You a troll, or CRL brass? I happen to be a professional Glazier, and the product they offer will due two things to my trade, shrink my work opportunities, bring me to the operating table for more hernia surgery, and attract more illegals to take our work. Grow up.
Preach son. I'm installing curtain wall right now on a job and the whole building was laid out incorrectly via the plans. We're having to readjust our fab and installation to compensate. They can't rebuild the whole building because your frames don't fit. Too many variables.
this system takes longer, plus I dont trust levels, is better to use laser, and frames already glazed , it means is more heavy, so what about if the opening is in the 5 th floor of the building this is a waste of time.
Boy did you guy's mess up big on this video. I am a installer and you guy's left out a lot and then claim to have the window installed in 6 minutes. How can you claim to have the window installed that quick with no finishing work like caulking and trim work to say the least. You may can fool the customer but NOT the installer.
*We're very happy with the unit. Pretty Easy to instal **Fastly.Cool** too.*
SO after the install how does Jamal get out of the glass cell you have built him in to?
racist bud, come on
@@RealChrisHatch Not everything is racist, toughen up Nancy...
He dont
So glazing is the installation of most shop windows, and they go in with what are essentially window "tracks" first?
Why does this look easier than residential replacement windows lol
Aluminum section please,
And what the complete accesories to assemble the frame, thanks for the guys who answer my question... theres no subhead
CSR Lawrence very good business
If any of the windows got broken, it looks like it'd be a nightmare to replace them? Need to remove all 3 just to replace the first one? Or?
No you can de-glaze from inside.
It's an inside flush glaze system with the stop @ the header.
Uses a top load glazing epdm gasket
Are there any videos on replacing glass in a pedestal door on storefront?
When have you ever instaled curtinwall in wood oping.
A: This is storefront, not curtainwall. B: Within the last 3 months. C: Why does it matter?
What’s the clearance between the third panel’s left jamb and the wood frame?
demo purposes only mike

glazierEd how much do you pay for your aluminum if you don’t mind me asking?
I think this product is great, should always show good ladder safety in demo videos.
How much do these windows cost? Thanks.
sfbluestar trying to find out
assuming thats annealed in clear and has a thermal break in it with an opening that big around 7-900 a piece
@@RealChrisHatch depends on where you are from
Fantastic

What local you out of?
Why are the installers not wearing safety sleeves and hard hats?
there fn scabs
fn scabs brah
Safety sleeves - I don't know any commercial glazier in Atlanta who wears them
Hard hats - There is no one working above them, so they're not needed
It is not faster at all.

Where at the dozen other trades. In the way . Not a real life situation

It's not a representation of a finished product. The purpose of the video was to show the benefits of installing shop assembled units.
pushing backer rod, taping caulking, tooling all take a significant amount of time you are spot on from Detroit local 357
MCL R.C FABRICATION AND PERFORMANCE
As a Glazier that installs storefront throughout the year...you are 100% correct.
Another big corporation, coming up with better ways to crush the middle class.
Yeah because everyone wants to hire less skilled labor. And what about the variables involved with installing curtain wall. This is stupid.
Bad latter habbit
Lol union work.
