If I have done two years of Master of educational studies and two years of master of teaching in Australia.
Can I exempt from IELTS exam?
I have received Positive Assessment from AITSL, Now going to file EOI but someone told me that I also need Australian registration, which according to ANZSCO is required. Is there anything else we have to do after getting a positive assessment for each state?

Does 2 years Masters study in early childhood in Australia exempts the English requirement for assesment from AITSL? as the website says for exemption study must be 4 years.?

hello, i am a teacher of kindergarten kids for about 6 years. I finished AB in English Language and had like a short course of Methods of Teaching then took the licensure exam for teacher wherein I majored in secondary education though. I got to observe in classes of a qualified teacher(requirement of the course) but i never had supervised teaching in any of my educational background. Will this be a problem to my application?

Hello, I just have a question regarding the skill assessment for teachers. Do we need to provide one year full-time work as a teacher as well+ the 45 days of supervised teaching practice?
AITSL do not require any prove of employment. They need 45+ days of Supervised Teaching Practice
If am applying for early years education teaching job, the assessment documents which one I need to submit.
I have done Bachelor in computer science and master in business administration. Currently doing diploma NCFE Cache level 3 will be finish in two months. Can I do my assessment with out diploma certificate or submit enrollment letter is it fine.
My masters degree is equivalent of Canada masters. Do I need to do again from Australia or Canadian education body is enough.
For overses qualification must be assessed thru AITSL, but please make sure have completed at least 45 days Supervised tp and this should be written in syllabus as well, mine got rejected as 45 supervised teaching practice wasnt mentioned in uni curriculum. 😢

AITSL will only accept an Academic IELTS Test Report Form. They do NOT accept PTE, PEAT,
ISLPR, TOEFL, Cambridge or any other form of English language test.

My son is studying health & physical education at deakin University. His course was in the accredited list of aitsl till June 2021 but they haven't extended it yet . He has 2 more years to complete. Will they give a positive skill assessment if his course is not in the accredited list by the time he finishes?

Hi. I'd like to know if accredited prior learning affect the secondary teacher skill assessment. I worked on training for 5 years, completed a level 5 diploma for 120 uk credits. My experience was recognised as APL for the 1st year of the degree when I applied for my 3 year undergraduate teaching degree. I completed the BSc 1st class hons, 360 uk credits buy with one year APL. How will aitsl deal with this as I have 4 years of credits but one is apl? Thank you

Teaching in Australia remains a unionised, protectionist racket for permanent staff. The others (on contracts) rarely full time, are left transient and vulnerable. You can just imagine the atmosphere in this workplace! There are thousands of unemployed teachers in Australia. Don't join them!
