If you have noticed, once you submit the online application, you can't do any changes again. If you select awaiting results, you have to still go ahead and post the forms with other documents and the school will do the rest if Waec releases the results. @@JibrilDahana It always started in the admission letter. Go with your Original birth certificate, Original WASSCE results, and Ghana Card or any national ID.
If u send ur passport pic and ur results slips to a teacher in a particular school u wanted ,to buy and fill the application forms for u there, can he uses that information to do the posting for u.
That's not an issue, it can be corrected after you have gain an admission. What you should be more concern is your results for now, it shouldn't be more than aggregate 15.

Go to the post office Asap and find out if is not post, if luckily is not posted, give them your passport picture. If is posted, you have two options, either you buy another envelop and add the necessary documents or you go to the school with another forms. Watch 32:28

Please take Note, passport picture should be in JPG or JPEG format and must not exceed 40KB in size. If you're getting error messages when uploading the picture, check the size and the file format.

during the registration process it was uploaded, which I saw it. but the print side is where I didn't see the picture
