Thanks for the review, I like you don't have to unstack, access to all. I have the Rigid set up , bought the drawers, and thought they were too heavy for me and returned the drawers. I bought the cheaper Husky Connect setup, and it has drawers. I've been working out of this for a while. I added the canteliver box, and it's pretty handy. You don't have to unstack it on a job, but some boxes you have to unstack to get to still. I may go back and buy the Rigid drawers again and see if I can have a set-up where you stack it one time on a job and can access all tools ,, while the set up is stacked. Having a good setup really saves time and your back and trips to your truck.. 👍 PS like the work top for the staging your tools..
An idea for your plywood worktop, I spray FlexSeal spray on plywood to make guitar pedalboards look a bit better than old knotty pine plywood! It comes in 3 or 4 colors. When it gets to beat up, spray another coat on. I don’t know how it would do with grease and other fluids you might work with. Either way, nice setup!
Hey Jay thanks for the vid. Love the tob attachment. I am looking at going with a new stack. I like the rigid design because the dolly portion is detachable and you can have a complete drawers set from top to bottom. I will be using wrenches, sockets etc. How are the drawers holdind up with heavier tools in the drawers and how is the dolly portion holding up when wheeling your tools onto the job site. Rigid doesn't rate the load carring capacity as high as the other guys. Appreciate your feedback
I love the detachable dolly part, no problems with it yet. The drawers with my wrenches and sockets are the heaviest (exact weight unknown) and they are doing well. There is the slightest scraping sound when opening and closing but I don’t feel any restriction on the drawer itself. All of the ribs on the bottom really help it stay Ridgid! lol that’s punny. I plan on doing an update in the future, just waiting for more time to pass. Thank you for your comment!
Nice review. Just a friendly suggestion.. you don't have "Ridgid Pro Gear" in your title at all so your video doesn't show up when those key words are searched by someone. I've been looking at videos reviewing the Pro Gear system and never saw yours show up in the results. I accidentally came across this video when looking at cooler options. Good video and appreciate your perspective on the system.
Are the drawers showing and sag or do they drag at all? Im debating between vuying ridgid, flex or klein drawes. If the ridgid ones are hilding up with that weight i yhink they are who ill go with.
To get what I have currently costs $420 + tax. That includes the cooler but not the wood for the top. That is a 2 drawer, 4 drawer, 2 small parts boxes, roller carriage, & cooler.
Nicely done man! Adding on to what the other guy said…if you want some more views add something to the title or description about the Ridgid drawers. 🤙🏻
Thanks for the video. Great idea for the compact storage. Picked mine up today and going to borrow your idea!
Borrow away my friend, thank you for the comment!
great job on the worktop; simple & effective
Thank you!

I’ve looked at it and flex seal doesn’t play well with grease and oil. It’ll turn to goo. Thanks for the great idea though.
Best "Beer" on earth!
I like the worktop you made- nice job! I'm hoping Ridgid will release one in the future. Thanks for the video 👍
Thank you for your comment. I hope so too
Definitely gonna make a wood top like yours, I appreciate the video sir ! 👍
Thank you.
I love what you did on the side of the tool box for the orginizers. I havent seen it done like the before, great job!!
Glad you liked it!

I’m going to do an update video in the next week or so to show how my stack is faring.
The work top is awesome. I want to make one. I wanted to know if the cooler had wall mounts too, to be able to use just with the wheels
No, it does not. You would have to fab something to work with the wheels and attach it to the cooler
Wow. Great idea! Is it fine and stable if you do something on the top? Thx
Yes, very stable. I have my drawers filled with a lot of weight so your mileage may vary.
Appreciate the video. What’s your opinion on the durability of the drawers? Think they will bow or slide alignment problems over time?
Hope not. So far so good. Only bottom drawer drags a little. But tolerable
can you put it on the rolling cart only- so its a rolling cooler?
Unfortunately, no.
@@TheJayHamish - thank you for checking!
Nice Job 👍

Slight drag on bottom drawer where wrenches are, in going to do a follow up video soon. Probably this week or next to show how it’s holding up for me.
@@TheJayHamish perfect and yes, id love to see the follow up.
How much would a setup like this cost or can u buy them as a set for whole drawer 3 box setup?

Yup , currently $47.97 online. I wonder if Ridgid is gearing up to release a new and improved version?
