This is the way Im used to flocking being done. Say a few vids that just basically glue the flocking to the head and call it a day. layering it to make it thicker I guess.
Thanks I'm very happy with the results too, I think so, but it might be tricky as for this method metal should be in the head to draw the fibers Rufus.
where did you get the handheld flocking device or did you make it and if so how did you do it? What brand of flocking do you use? I have several AT Joes that need to be redone.
Here is a link the the flock machine I bought www.ebay.com/itm/GJ0606-Mini-Flocking-Static-Grass-Applicator-SCENIC-MODELLING-NEW/263259331599?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 and I buy my flock here www.flockit.com/index.php/gi-joe-flocking-1-2-oz.html

I l8ke the Background Music
Skull reminds of Kung-fu Panda movies
Thank you for making this
Thanks Peter for sharing your videos another great flocking.
Thanks again for your support buddy, glad you enjoyed it:)
That came out awesome, the flocking looks nice and thick. I really liked the background music as well.
Thanks man, yeah I'm very happy with the results, glad you liked it buddy:)
Looks like you're having a load of fun flocking these heads buddy.,They look great!
Thanks very much and yes I am, I think I got a good blend for the vintage look on this one.
Yes, looks pretty spot on.
It's always great to watch them transform during the flocking process! Great job!
Thank you:)

Great job! The flocking tool used beats an electrically charged unit and you've got super results!
Thanks very much:)
You're welcome!😊
Wow buddy that is so awesome. That's crazy how that works
Thanks very much buddy, it is pretty cool and fun too.
Good video!
Thank You!
I was considering adding chest har to one of my joes...has that been done? It seems plausible
It can be done, just not something I want to do😁
Nice video, turned out great, what sort of glue did you use for the adhesion of the flock?
Gorilla glue clear, the one that has 5 minutes working time.
I am still amazed with how well that works, excellent work Barnaby. Would it work on a 3 3/4 Joe?
Thanks I'm very happy with the results too, I think so, but it might be tricky as for this method metal should be in the head to draw the fibers Rufus.
Nevermind
Ok - mind blown.... that’s amazing - is there something in the head that the grass I guess statically charges against??
Yes the metal scissors are in the head and the clip from the flocking machine attaches to them creating the static charge.
@@TheSkullReviews amazing really... wow
What are you using to reflock?

Hi I also wanted to know where it is best to buy flocking especially the correct match to brown hair land adventurer. The link doesn't seem to work
what's the machine that you used for the hair???
th-cam.com/video/VF9OffWW8qs/w-d-xo.html
How do you remove the hair from the head to reflock
Put the head into rubbing alcohol for a day or so then scrape off old flocking is easy.
What is that machine you are using?
th-cam.com/video/VF9OffWW8qs/w-d-xo.html
Were the real ones done by hand at the factory, or was it automated?
I would like to know myself, never seen footage of the hasbro flocking process.
What glue do you use?
Gorilla Glue clear, 5 minutes working time.
