- There is not a single problem, calamity or distress in this world to which Allah (subḥānahu wa ta'āla) has not sent down solace through turning to Him!
It is through these trials and calamities that the true strength of a Believer is shown when he turns to his Lord in humility and submissiveness leaving his affairs in the Hands of Allah and putting complete trust that Allah (subḥānahu wa ta'āla) will take care of him.
Two mighty Prophets of Allah who were afflicted with distress turned to Allah (subḥānahu wa ta'āla) in du'a and their du'as were so powerful that Allah answered their call and their distress was removed!
Who are these two Prophets of Allah and what special du'as did they make that guaranteed a response!

Dua of Ibrahim (AS):
Hasbunallahu Wa Ni’mal Wakeel. Allah alone is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs for us.
Dua of Yunus (AS):
la ilaha illa anta subhanaka innee kuntu mina alththalimeena [none has the right to be worshipped but You (O Allah)], Glorified (and Exalted) are You [above all that (evil) they associate with You]. Truly, I have been of the wrong-doers."

I believe we need help from these scholars who have credibility amongst Muslims to talk about the issue of so many single women, not able to find spouses because our Muslim brothers don’t want to marry women who are divorced or past a certain age. Contrary to what our own Prophet (pbuh) did.
I know so many sisters who are smart, presentable , strong charactered. But the society hasn’t helped them. The focus on physical beauty, material aspects have taken precedence over anything else.
It is alarming but no one is focusing on this rising issue.
In Pakistan it’s more important for a guys family to know how old the girl is, how beautiful she is and what her dad does. What part of the city they live in. Is it a big or a small house that she lives in. It doesn’t matter how talented or hard working she is.
Some people reject sisters who’ve been raised without a mother or a father.
Please help us address this issue. And create a movement about this.

Asalamuwalaikum. I have a question and may Allah forgive me if I am wrong. Most of the time the Quran speak in the 3rd person "We" when Allah is saying something. What does it mean?

In most eastern languages there is a plural of respect. The same with royalty. For instance, when the queen makes a royal proclamation, she will say: ‘we have declared, we have bestowed, etc. When Allah says: ‘We’ and ‘Us’ in His holy Qur’an, it is the plural of respect.
Assalaam what should We do when some one due to Hasad have said a Bad-dua...? What is the 1. Dua against it.
2. Should we confront with that person?
Hasbiyallah why do you need to.if Allah doesn't allow it, nothing will happen.Besides, it seems like someone told you which means it's hearsay.What if it's untrue, then the sin is on us.For me, I'd rather not.My.daily dua is my protection
