Wouldn't surprise me if those years expand. My wife's 23 ex has a flacky gauge. Sometimes after filling up it takes awhile to register full. Then when it does it takes no time to go down a notch
My 19 civic coupe ex-t goes in on the 10th for this recall. I figured they would just replace the entire thing in one thing. Interesting. I hope the tech that does my car is as good as you. Also, im assuming bringing it in with the least amount of gas possible is probably better?
@@luisrobledo9759 True, for the recall though Honda is supplying the kit to the dealership for the repair. I'm sure they did the math and the labor to install the pump must have cost less than the quicker install time of the entire assembly. Most people it probably won't matter. Though would have been nice for the older cars to get a new fuel filter. At least they gave them a new pump strainer...lol
I been really liking this pov angle!
Happy New Year, Bud!🍻
The sudden Fleetwood Mac
Had my 2018 Accord done two months ago. The dealer told me to bring it in with the fuel tank at least 3/4 empty. Now I know why!

Happy new year 🎉🎉🎉 keep up good work
Hot topic got me 😂
We are dealing with similar on some Honda motorcycles.

Probably should advise the customer to come in for this repair with only 1/4 tank of fuel
I had this recall done on my Accord.. It's had an extended crank ever since..
Go back to dealer ., the new oring at fuel pump may not seat properly or cut .
Great video. Do you have a Civic one?
HAPPY NEW YEAR BRO
Nice one Bud.
Is this the same recall all the new accords got too?
What should I do if the built-in Google login fails in the 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid TOURING? How to solve it? Thank you
Just put a big ding on the wheel well!!! Fess up to customer…
Sound stuffy. You ok bud?
Wait… you don’t have to drop the entire exhaust and fuel tank to get it out? Witchcraft!!
Honda being cheap and not replacing the whole assembly.
That means they would have to spend an extra 20 dollars can’t do that 😅.
20 dollars times 750,000 vehicles. You would be “cheap” too. That’s 15 million dollars.
Sometimes dealerships don’t sell you full assemblies. They’ll sell you every individual part for you to rebuild the component that failed properly.

@@luisrobledo9759 Just like Toyota they have us rebuild everything also. 🤷🏾
