Love seeing Mal coach. Something that’s been lost in the elite CrossFit athelete realm that drives the wedge between games athletes and the methodology/community is the athletes being detached and only seeing the games as a revenue stream and not embracing the methodology for what it can do for people.
I'm glad all is well. Just so that I'm clear because perhaps I missed it: you're taking a slower pace, but the goal is still to compete in the 2024 Games? TIA
