Subhash Bhai saayad hum bhi chhiderwala kabhi nahi rahenge rehanaa hogaa tau Rishikesh hi rahenge.. kiyu ki Rishikesh hi apnaa route hai Bijni jaane kaa. Dheere dheere rate tau bad hi gayaa hai at rate of Rs.4000/- per sq. Yard liyaa tha 8-9 saal pehle abhi 16000/- ho gayaa hai. Pade rehne dau plot ko wahi right time par sale karenge.
Waise gaadi chalaate hue right hand pe jo colony hai uske pichhe pura dence forest hai aur ek stream bhi jaati hai log waha picnic manaane aate hai aur haathi bhi dikhte hai mene dekhe hai.Forest land hai jahaa kabhi residential colony nahi banegi waha se is colony ko thandi aur suddh hawaa milti rehti hai. Aor ye location Bilkul center point hai chahe Rishikesh jao, Dehradun jao yaa fir Haridwar jao. Raja jee bhi jayaada door nahi hai. Road 6 line ban hi rahaa hai jo pehle se behtar ho gayaa hai.😊
