What I think you could've mentioned about the New Suicide Squad is that Black Manta wasn't hired, he volunteered to be part of the team, because after he killed Aquaman (he obviously came back afterwards) he didn't feel any different and wanted to try something new to make a real difference.

I really like the Deadshot and Harley relationship because it makes me happy that even though Harley's life sucks at least she's able to escape the abusive relationship that she has with the Joker
i would love if they gave deadshot the scene where he accidentally kills his brother that could be heartbreaking if done right (like the scene with magneto in x-men apocalypse) and it would give alot of motivation to the character
