Having said that, the retelling of this story left me with a few unanswered questions. Judge Bhira why is this guy rotting in Jail for six years? How old is Tendai Zuze? Sex with a minor case? If She is not a minor , was there consent? Is having sex which does away with someone`s virginity a criminal act in Guruve/Bindura? Is a Cheating Scandal also a criminal act? Was Mr Shane really arrested for a cheating scandal or refusing to play football for the ZRP football team? I do not have any legal expertise, but I am left with many questions with this case.
