Takeoff is probably the first celebrity death that really hit me hard. I’m not the biggest Migos fan but I definitely listened to them every now and then and Takeoff was always my favourite. He was unproblematic, he was talented and he was never in blogs for negative reasons. And the way he died fucked me up even more, it’s insane. RIP fr😭❤️

I do understand Meg's frustration. Every other rapper has spoken on her incident but now the biggest rapper of our time drops a song months (if not a year) later insinuating or "word-playing" that she lied. And I understand it was a play on words hinting that a girl lied about butt shots but wanna claim she thick but we gotta be fucking forreal, Drake fucking knew. Two decades in the game, no way Drake didn't know that everyone would assume he meant Meg lied.

Takeoff death was the second rapper death that hit me hard…First Being Pop Smoke, but Takeoff hit me just a little harder because we all listened to them for damn near 7-8 years. I felt that him and Quavo was becoming rejuvenated with the music and creating their own duo lane. Their new album was pretty great. Then to innocently killed is just so sad. Disagreements should not lead to gun violence or any violence to be exact. This is one of those moments you will never forgive and forget where you at when you heard the news. He Definitely was a cultural impact and I hope his achievements will be celebrated forever
