For sure! There aren't many flex spots so that generally comes easy and the engine is mostly solved at this point. It's mostly in the side deck where you get to get creative. Thank you for the kind words and watching!
Played book of eclipse for a while, but at 2 as didn’t want to draw multiples most of the time, clearly think alike! It has helped in the weird scenario when you book your HEROs and can then activate a second AHL due to no face up monsters
Another application I forgot to mention! This card is so good for the deck. I like 3 because I am on one mask change to give me decent bit of ways to play going 1st while still being able to go 2nd. I was also not considering it because the best deck is a link based strategy, but gave it a shot anyway. I appreciate the comment and thank you for watching!

Great deck profile. And I like the Side Deck Patterns for strategy. I wish more players would make use of the Side Deck for ideas of what to keep and what to replace.
I am glad you enjoyed, I think you always have to deck build with side deck in mind or else you are doing something wrong. Thank you for watching and commenting!
Hey Blake, love the deck. One question I have two shadow mists and a honest neos extra, plus an additional poly, and main deck dark angel My side deck is the same, except from the decimator which is switched for trinity vision hero Do you think I am doing a overkill with this or can I keep it like it is?
Hey, thanks man! I think if that is the way you want to play go for it. I do not find the 2nd mist necessary nor the honest neos. I find 1 poly enough once you get used to it, and I have discussed why I do not like Dark Angel in main for me right now. Really you should tailor your build for your own locals. That's what I have done with mine which is what this list is! Thank you for asking the question!
All I really have is locals until nats! Just wanted to show another list I am messing around with for those who do not have thrust. Glad you enjoyed and thank you for the support!
@@benjaminelmer1657 I figured showing the two most popular decks was prevalent enough but maybe I can show how I sided for the day for those matchups instead?
Great list man! Almost the same as the one I have been playing , really like the non engine choice I think it's perfect for the deck because most of these cards are usefull (in this deck) going first as well and they all synergize with droplet go second. only think you can might try is one called or one prosp in main instead of the talent, I think one copy could be enough. Anyway great video!
I like those cards but I feel as though they are only really good going 1st (called by in certain matchups can be used going 2nd), while talents is just an overall insane card. I love prosp but it is always a side card for me for going 1st and I have plenty of going 1st cards for this list sadly. Thank you for the suggestions though and I'm very glad you enjoyed!
I literally have the same reasons for the non-engine, word for word, that's insane! Probably worth mentioning the triple-axis ability of impermanence which is the only handtrap that can't be calle'd, doesn't proc tactic's and can be drawn as sixth to break boards unlike any monster handtrap!
It's a very solid nonengine ratio! You're absolutely correct about imperm. I just did not feel the need to explain it too much because it does not have as much synergy with the HERO deck as the other cards! Thank you for watching and commenting!
@@BlakeHERO I understand and you are absolutely right in not over-explaining! I could never not talk for at least 1 hour for my HERO profiles, I just love explaining deckbuilding so much (and the Best Deck, of course

I actually played S:P for my OTS Championship a few months ago. I played it because if they stop you at Faris and you do not place the vision HERO in the S/T zone you are not locked and you can summon go S:P pass when you get stopped. Another application is it protects your plays turn 3 as well as it being a warrior to link into Cross Crusader the next turn so it does not get stuck either. Faris only locks you the rest of the turn important to note. I stopped played it because of space plus the card is way too expensive for how little it came up. Thank you for asking the question and I appreciate you watching my content!
Really good video man. I love Eclipse and have it in mine too, ive been on 2 in 41-42 i will see about making room for 3. I do agree with what you said, and the side is interesting. I love hearing your thoughts. I had taken rivalry out because i dont have thrust even tho its so good. I do like 3 cosmic, and especially my locals you have to have Ash in side and ive considered even droll again. You dont want to get caught with your pants down by branded and Lab lmao! Droll for the rogue decks
That makes sense to me! Seems like a solid build. I really think rivalry is a god card and I would be even maining it a competitive event besides locals. I'm not the biggest fan of droll just because I do not think it is usually a very good hand trap against the meta although it is very high-rolly. I really like eclispe too and I would play 3 in this type of build over the extra mask changes in the main! I'm glad you enjoyed and thank you for the continued support!
Stratos vs vyon normal summon. For the longest time, I been a bigger fan of vyon and with malicious at 3, it makes the foolish effect much effective. Downside of stratos is that it locks you to droll if they have it and vyon at least gets you the poly. Besides 3 copies of vyon makes it a better grind if you need to reuse the effect for foolish or poly. 3 a hero lives makes it feel you already have 3 stratos anyways, so having 6 vs 5. And vyon as normal monster can also be used to summon dark law to avoid droll. Since droll is one or the biggest counter to our deck. Any thoughts on 3 vyon
I think that is acceptable as well. I just prefer 3x Stratos because NS Vyon =/= full combo while NS Stratos is. I think our board is only really oppressive if we are able to get to the full board. Also you can easily go through 3 stratos because I am playing book of eclipse which turns your other AHL live if you book your 1st stratos. Thank you for asking the question though and I appreciate the discussion. Also thank you for watching!
@BlakeHERO the thing is with the amount of hand traps a player that knows the choke points for heroes. Will know that is either at getting poly or depending on the board state when activating poly. I usually exhaust opponent hand trap and normal vyon into malicious or shadow mist for the draw 2 possibility of extender can make it a bit better. 😅 I usually save my normal summon until is really needed though
@@kedge You should always save your normal summon if possible because it is the only way to play around hand traps! I actually have been trying 3 poly builds too that is really fun to stop that choke point although it can be a bit bricky. I think vyon is fine at 3 but I believe stratos as 3 is better because it allows you to get to full combo and you don't want to fit 6 normal summons in 40-42 cards. If I went to 45 like I see some HERO players do I would 100% 3 Stratos and 3 Vyon
You want to not play any nonengine and just play all HERO cards? I guess you could add the Evil HERO package, EN Shuffle + Blazeman. Spirit of neos + Protection of the Elements
I discussed EN shuffle a few comments down, I would only play EN shuffle with Blazeman and the Blazeman line is multiple cards. If they hold Nib till the end our combo naturally plays around it! There are cards to beat lab but I was not as prepared as I would have liked to be I guess. I appreciate your comment and let me know how books go!
It def would have! I unfortunately drew ash as my only nonengine and that kept me in the game without it I would have been completely blown out. I love D-Force though and will test it more for this format competitively! Thank you for watching and commenting!
It's always been a phenomenal card! I just did not think it was the format for it (tbh if I played against 3/5 snake eyes a week it probably would have been pretty bad), but I think it is amazing against almost everything else and has a LOT of good synergy with the deck. Thank you for watching and commenting!
