I just found this. Second day in a row I have listened. I didn't do the candles or other requirements, I just wanted to listen. I am a super high anxiety person and can never just "be still." My husband even confirms this when I sleep. I am never able to rest.

I have an incubus I see on nightly bases he's been with me for 55 years now... My incubus is female looking with male genitalia. It’s very spooky trying to see them in the dreamscape but occasionally I get a glimpse of her/him/it. This morning I was in a lucid dream and I was able to see it after praying for it to visit me within the dream (this is usually how it visits me) everything goes dark and then I’m on all fours before I know it. In the dream it was moving through the darkness and for once in a long time I was able to see it. It was at least 10 feet tall and I’m assuming it had hooves based off of its beast like movement. I’ll keep updating as my journey progresses. Everything is going well so far, it happens about every night and morning- just how I like it
