I’m pretty sure Hammas wasn’t around in 1948 when the Palestinians were thrown out to make room for the Israelis, or in 1967 when the UN tried to set boundaries between Palestine and Israel, or during the many killings carried out by Israel on innocent Palestinian people. I really think you need to look this up and listen to what the UN Secretary general had to say after the murders in October.

It's so wild that Rob can see the Palestinian children as his own children because he's experienced the loss of a child, but Biden, who as also lost a child, can't. Keep on being you, Rob.

14:00 My daughter died at 2.5 months. She went into respiratory distress and then a coma and never came out of it. The pediatric intensive care unit told us, after 5 days of treating her, that there was no hope of her ever recovering or regaining consciousness and that we had to pull the plug and would we prefer to do that now or later that afternoon. No sugar coating at all, just dropped it like a nuclear bomb into the already raw wound of our child being in medical distress. I do not have Dissociative Identity Disorder, and I never have had an out of body before or after that, but I full on dissociated that day because of the mental pain and distress. I say this just to say that I so deeply empathize with what Rob Delaney went through with his child. It is the most gut-wrenching, sickening thing in the world to see your child be ill and helpless and know that there is absolutely nothing that you can do to make it better, and for them to then die and go cold in your arms as you weep and weep and die inside. I hope Rob is able to find peace and wholeness again. It is a LONG journey.

Rob Delaney, you have a new fan, but more importantly my respect. Your children have a father of which they can be so very proud! God bless your departed son.

Marvelous interview. Got me ordering a couple books from Thriftbooks 😎. Also appreciate the shout out to old people-they are living history-and to the suffragettes. We can learn from history and bend the arc in a positive way. Push back against militarism, imperialism, rapacious capitalism.

14:55 ~ You were also permitted and given the time to bury your child’s body. Not so in the current Palestine.

This must be the most unpretentious actor in Hollywood ive seen in a very long time. I seriously loved this interview, not just because he's on the right side of History, but because his reasoning is so relatable and his way is so unaffected by what matters to the "normal " Hollywood celebrity.
And hes just so well informed.
    Thank you Mehdi
These gems keep coming from you.
